   One of the top three restaurants in Vancouver in my opinion. The flavors were magical and very creative. Amazing restaurant. Highly recommend it.

   I’d easily rank Pat as among the best chefs in the city. A hugely memorable dining experience. Kudos to chef and his team. I’ll surely be back.

   Incredible food and ambience. The kitchen team are so good at what they do, they don’t even need to talk to each other. It’s a high level of trust and autonomy. The snacks and each dish was well crafted with detail and care. All of the ingredients gelled together into a symphony of taste that was balanced with acid and umami. The Arctic Char was expertly cooked with a crispy skin and living on a bed of hummus which surprised us with textures. Delightful experience!

   Chef Hennessy has used simple high quality ingredients in creative ways to produce a dining experience that is delicious, fun and pretty affordable in an increasingly strained financial environment. The local natural wine list was well curated. Exactly what we need in Vancouver these days. Barbara has renewed my hope for Vancouver’s culinary scene.
