Bargello®, located in the Hotel Arras, is named after the 17th century Florentine needlepoint style. The intricacy of this stitch embodies the restaurant weaving together their love for community, cuisine, and hospitality to create the ultimate casual fine dining experience.

Bargello's culinary team draws their inspiration from the flavors you experience when traveling along the Mediterranean coastline. Seasonal and locally sourced dishes include fresh hand-rolled pastas, house-made breads, and innovative cuisine from Executive Chef Tyler Slade. Bargello’s menu changes often to reflect the local produce available in Western North Carolina.

Complementary valet parking is available exclusively for Bargello during dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday, between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. A reservation is required, and the valet service is limited to a maximum of three hours. This offer is not valid on holidays, special events, or private events.

Indulge in our three-course prix fixe Easter Brunch menu, showcasing the freshest local ingredients, expertly prepared by our Bargello culinary team. Verydisappointing. It took 2 1/2 hours to receive dinner. Portions were served incorrectly, and although efforts were made to correct it, it completely disrupted the flow of the meal. Food quality was average,. It was very noisy - not a cool vibe noisy, just loud. There is no ambiance… it is basically in the lobby of the hotel, brightly lit, if you are wanting date night, don’t choose this. Because it took so long to receive our meal, they were closing by dinners end- no offer of coffee or dessert, just handing us the bill. We had 4 people. Not one of the 4 found anything in the evening worth a return visit - and we all eat out frequently, and are quite aware of issues facing restaurants right now. It is why we were there - but we want be back.. For my $70, I expect far more.

Service was not good but the food was! Unfortunately they stopped doing brunch? But at least I got a phone call about it before hand to prepare for it.

Amazing experience! Great customer service from the hostess to our server. The French toast was amazing and was a great compliment to our omelettes.

Small menu with carefully curated options. Excellent salads and generous portion sizes for the pasta dishes. Atmosphere was very loud including music played with the restaurant and separate music being played across the lobby in the bar. There was one large party in the restaurant and service was moving a little slowly as a result.

We had a good experience at Bargello. The menu has interesting selections and everything from the arancini or hummus as starters to the salmon and pasta entrees was tasty and well-seasoned. Tyler was our server and we appreciated his knowledge and attention. Altogether a nice evening. We dined on the early side and as we were leaving the noise level was rising. The attached bar is a hopping place!

Good food and they handled our group of 11 well. A bit of a delay in getting drinks, not sure why, as the place was not busy!
