Great food and atmosphere. Unfortunately the service was very poor. Drinks orders took about 45 minutes to arrive. Empty glasses were not cleared from the table. Waiter forgot to note one of our mains. When it didn’t arrived with the other mains he offered to put another order through which would have undoubtedly been another long wait, so we didn’t bother and went without. Also would have ordered dessert but no menu was offered, and again, didn’t want another long wait.

Firstly Vodka Pasta was perfect, best i’ve ever had. However to start the night our table of waited for 1 hour and 10 minutes after sitting down and ordering to be told they had lost our entire order. Annoying and a bit laughable at how long that took to realise but it happens the waiter told us he would have the drinks taken off for the inconvenience. Perfect! Our drinks still took another 20 minutes as they again forgot another cocktail. Food maybe 15 minutes later and like i said pasta was incredible! Pizza was quite average. Cocktails were nice! but after a manager or someone in a blue shirt came over and did not apologise just let us know they would “take the 2 cokes and one wine off for the wait”… That wasn’t what the original waiter told us who also never came back to our table. It is not about wanting all the drinks comped for the inconvenience. However when you’re in a nicer restaurant you expect nicer service. Whilst handing the drinks (the first round of incorrect drinks), the blue shirt manager (i suppose manager) didn’t even apologise and is now offering us less compensation. Just confusing and a bit more time then i planned to spend in the restaurant on my birthday. :(

This is my favourite restaurant. The food and service is exceptional. It's the best place for either a drink or a dinner.

Very good quality and very tasty food, great service for a very last minute booking. Some sound damping in the room would improve the ambience.

Fantastic overall first Bottomless at Basta. Option of upgrading your drink package from not only wine,and bubbles is a great idea, and we were glad we did. The Margaritas and Espresso Martini’s were delicious. And made fresh to order. The only thing I would include is beer! Food! Delicious, fresh and plenty of it. Antipasto, the pizza and pasta, cannoli. A great place for the hungry lads I would imagine. Staff..they make you want to return with their friendliness, service and care. Good background music. Thank you for memorable overall experience, to which we will return.

Food was fantastic stuff were super kind yet wish they were more attentive It was hard to get their attention and order our food We end up deciding to leave without ordering our desserts. I’ll definitely visit again though

Food was fantastic. Had the set menu. Really enjoyed it. Unfortunately service was poor. This may have been because it was so busy.

Very accommodating for a party of 14. One of the few venues that didn't require us to have a set menu with a price of at least $60 per person for a larger number of guests. Food was great.
