Battery, located within vibrant Sparkman Wharf, is a bourbon-forward concept that features 110+ whisk(e)y pours alongside an artfully-curated menu that showcases Prime steaks (cut in-house daily and cooked in our 1600 degree broiler), house-made pasta, and drool-worthy shareables and side dishes. Our craft cocktail list is designed to induce smiles, and it delivers! House-made cheesecakes are the perfect end to a sweet dining experience.

Indoor and Covered Patio seating is available. We also have a small private room (The Den) that features our stunning Whiskey Vault.

Love this place. Bartenders are amazing. Real professionals as well as the wait staff. Food is excellent. Ambiance is great. Keeps us coming back!

Reservation was not honored and service was poor / very slow. They recognized it and apologized, but likely not returning anytime soon — even though food is good, its too pricey to not have a positive full experience (not worth it).

It was 50 degrees outside and all of the doors and the big windows were open. Who wants to eat a steak and enjoys a nice glass of red with their jackets and scarves on? Plus, the food quality was sooo much lower than it was a year ago. I mean come on. The value was sooo bad.

We had a booking Friday night at 9:45. We had been here once before and it was a nice time. During this visit we were seated quickly and the restaurant was fairly empty. We ordered the calamari for a starter and asked for their bread. Holly ordered a cocktail (smoke that peche) and I ordered a Michelob ultra (my first 2 choices bromosa and lightning lager were out of stock). Holly’s cocktail was good. It was “punchy and strong” according to her. The calamari was good….its hard to miss with fried calamari. We never received our bread. For mains, Holly ordered the 8oz filet medium rare and I ordered the rigitoni bolognese. Hollys steak was very over-cooked. She wanted to send it back, but the waiter never came back to our table to check on us. Since it was 10:30 and she was hungry….she ate it and we just decided we wouldn’t come back to this restaurant. My bolognese was good…it was served with bread which was cold…but a tasty dish overall. We also ordered the cinnamon sugar sweet potato fries and they were like a dessert. They tasted good, but we’re not served hot. Unfortunately they were not warm enough to melt the butter that was served on top. Overall, this was a bad experience and I don’t think we will return. Maybe it was because it was late? But, it was a Friday night….and we generally expected a better experience.

I'm not sure what was going on but the service was very slow and uncoordinated. They were out of numerous menu items and the Lagavulin 16. We waited 40 minutes for an appetizer and it was mediocre. We waited 30 minutes for a drink order and had to go to the bar to get that situation resolved. After being there for an hour and half they told us they never started making our food and we decided that was our cue to leave. There are so many better and quicker places in Sparkman Wharf to dine, pick those instead.

Food and drinks were really good. Ambiance was nice. Good if you want an intimate date night or if you want to just go for drinks at the bar. We sat in the high tops and the chairs, although comfy, were very heavy and awkward to move. Service was good. A little slow but it could have been because we went on a busy night. Staff was friendly. Will definitely return!

Went in on a very slow Tuesday night. Our first drinks took forever, our steaks came out overcooked - had to send one back, and our waiter forgot our second round, which then took just as long as the first round. Won’t be going back. This was our third time. The first time was great. The last two have not been good.
