    Beautiful place. Classy in fact. Only seats 30 so generally reservations are needed. Noise level was low due to us being the only table being used at the time. Four people were at the bar. It was a rainy day so we were lucky. Extensive menu. Brunch only in Sunday though. Nice people work there.

    Fabulous, as always. Had a wonderful lunch - a French Dip sandwich which was chuck steak on the softest bread! Absolutely delicious. Hubby had a steak and gorgonzola salad. All good, too. Such a wonderful place for lunch!!! Have been there a 4 times in the last month - Sun brunch, 2 X dinner, and now lunch. A read pearl for Benicia!

    Baxters always caters to my requests, I always order cocktails and they always have a spot open and great mixologists with their own whisky recipes. Also a calmer ambiance than Rellik Tavern with more personalized service.

    Food looks good and tastes amazing. Very flavorful. Portions are small so you don’t feel wasteful or too full. Service is great. Friendly workers who seem to live their job. Atmosphere is super cute and stylish. Feels upscale without being snobby. Love it!

    Great vibe, service and a cute , small place. Reservations are a must. Three stars because the food was hit or miss. I loved the baked Brie in pastry but my friend thought it was too plain. She loved her salmon but mine was slightly overcooked. Portion sizes are very small . The owners & staff are fun & lively. Interior decor looks great . I’d recommend to owners to up their food consistency & portions. To be fair it was my first time there. I’m curious about different dishes. I’d recommend going to check it out. It’s a fun experience.

    Food and drinks were good but the scallops were cool for both diners. Warmer plates might help. Shared burrata salad. Too much greens to burrata/prosciutto ratio. Service fine.

    The meal was fantastic -- we had salmon and lamb, plus a salad and dessert. It was really the best meal we'd had since moving to Benicia six months ago. We also had a chance to chat with one of the owners who was very warm and gracious. We'll definitely return.

    We had a reservation for the speakeasy and the service, food, and drinks were excellent. The speakeasy is a small intimate area in the back of the restaurant with its own bar and a great ambiance. 10/10 we will be back.
