Had an amazing time dining at the Beach House tonight! I met up with a friend and even though we sat at the bar, our food arrived very fast and tasted wonderful! The bartenders Zach, Renee, and Pouyan were very friendly and created an amazing atmosphere! Our seats at the bar also gave us a view of the big windows inside that face the sunset. Overall, this might be my new hangout spot!

It was the second time in one week that I went to have dinner in the Beach House. This time our table was in a wonderful place outside but not on the terrace , it was nit as noisy as the last time. The food and the service were excellent. We enjoyed the evening and I really can recommend the restaurant.

If you are wanting to treat an out-of-town guest (or yourself) to a memorable and relaxing meal, the Beach House is a great choice. The prices are quite high but the food is always top-notch and the staff are respectful and attentive. You can't beat the ambience of this beautiful place, with large windows overlooking Dundarave Beach and Burrard Inlet.

There’s no rhythm, no urgency, no pride. Drinks? Hope you’re not thirsty. No one’s circling back to check. You’re an afterthought—an interruption to whatever else they think they’re doing. And yet, they’ve got the location—that prime, smug, view-wrapped corner that tricks you into thinking you’re in for something. But unless you’re here for a masterclass in indifference, you’re better off eating at another down the road. At least there they acknowledge your presence. Don’t even get me started on the washrooms, they are derivatives of a dive bar except without paper towels. Men’s and Women’s alike. Come here to be underwhelmed. Come here to be ignored. Just don’t come here if you’re expecting to be fed, watered, or even remembered. We don’t know why we keep coming back for the punishment, hopefulness they will get better I presume.

The ambiance is so beautiful! View of Kids out swimming in the ocean, playing in the park, weather perfect. When the reservations were made i asked for the patio but walk ins had all the outside tables. That was disappointing.

We booked here for my 60th birthday and indicated birthday on the reservation. When we arrived, the hostesses all seemed very confused and seemed challenged to seat people. We were asked to step back and wait. After about 5 minutes, a manager offered to take us to a table that had a beautiful ocean view. The sun was hot against the window but there was a window blind that we could adjust to make the table comfortable. The service was good with two managers coming by for drink orders and refilling water and the server was attentive and had suggestions on menu items and asked for feedback on her suggestions that we ordered. The food was great, and while the menu seemed a little overpriced, it was likely average prices for west Vancouver and beachfront. The only disappointment, is not once did anyone acknowledge my birthday, which seems to be an issue in my experience with OpenTable reservations. With a $200 bill for 3, it would have been nice to at least say happy birthday. We likely would have stayed for more drinks.
