The Bistro Quarter's restaurant & bar is part of the Beauty & the Bistro family, in Staffordshire.

You can pop in for a quick drink, a bite to eat or a full on feast & you don't need to book.

It strikes the perfect balance between exceptional dining & affordability. The interior-designed surroundings are modern, yet elegant, with an emphasis on a relaxed & friendly vibe. The menu & cocktail bar are designed to satisfy most tastes & combine classic British menus with a bistro-style serving.

The Executive Chef, Mark Walker, is proud of his two rosettes & takes pride in everything he does.

The Bistro is open from 6pm Wednesday & Thursday & from 8am for breakfast, lunch & dinner on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays or you can just pop in for a coffee & a pastry or a cheeky cocktail.

Bottomless brunch is on Saturdays between 12pm - 4pm offering a wide selection of cocktails.

Sunday roasts are proving extremely popular - the braised ox cheek stuffed Yorkshire puddings are to die for!

Food was average... had to ask several time for basic things .. side plates... conferment extra. Lots of young staff standing around the bar not engaging

Stunning food, stunning decor, just big enough. Lovely friendly staff who provided a great service. Absolutely value for money.

Absolutely stunning place. Food was lovely, it was very quiet but actually really nice as we were having breakfast. Booked straight back in for valentine’s evening.

We had a beautiful meal today I had the beef which was amazing very small portions but very good quality. My friend had pie which was equally as delicious.

Lovely decor but it was far too bright for nighttime dining felt more like a cafe than a bistro feel not cosy. I had braised steak which was nice but needed a little more jus. Staff were lovely. Only just opened so would try again.
