   Pizza was excellent! Drinks were also. The lamb shank was phenomenal. The pasta dishes were very good. Servers were friendly and helpful. Only downside was it was really noisy in there and as it got later and more crowded it was hard to have a conversation with someone sitting across from you. Would definitely go back.

   Visiting the Chicago area and found this place via the Northwest Pizza trail. Authentic wood fired pizza ina variety of traditional ingredients. I’d definitely eat here again.

   The food was excellent. The music was so good! Only issue was that we had to wait a while for our reservation but I understand it is hard to predict how long people want to stay after eating. We also stayed until the music (Maurice and Friends) was done because it was so enjoyable. Once seated everything was great. Very busy night. Servers were quite busy and working hard.

   Loved everything, food was great; drinks were good and especially our server Jonathan - he was fantastic…but something about the set up of the restaurant…it’s so damn loud even without the music. We were shouting to hear each other. The music was great too but I’ve been to other restaurants about the same size with a band or singers and the sound/volume wasn’t anywhere near as bad/loud. Not sure what it is. Maybe need to put something in the ceilings to dampen sound???

   1st time in at Bella Napoli and I will definitely be back. It has a very cozy atmosphere, great drinks, and even better food. The pizza is outstanding and if you want a great pasta dish the Short Rib Papadelle is amazing. Great place to take your family in the NW Burbs!

   We had a reservation for 4 for 6:45, arrived on time and we weren’t seated until 7:23. It was very loud and the tables are very crowded/close together, hard to have a normal, personal conversation. Live music started toward the end of the night which made it even louder. The ambiance and decor feels like a modern American restaurant with red lighting and a big bar in the middle. It doesn’t feel like an Italian restaurant at all, so while the live singer could be considered a fun touch, it just made the experience and ambiance further from what you’d expect from an Italian dinner. Service was somewhat slow but to be expected since it was so crowded and it was restaurant week. The food was good though and well priced.

    We went for an early dinner due to 2 little ones. I was surprised that they sat us right in the middle of the dining floor. The tables were very tight together. Service was a little longer than expected but everything that came out was fresh and tasty! We did the restaurant week special menu but looked at the regular menu as well and nothing seemed outlandish for price. Highly recommend the pizzas.
