Each igloo is thoughtfully furnished with a table, chairs, and warm, inviting decor, offering a magical setting to dine under the stars. You’ll have a dedicated server and a heater to keep you comfortable throughout your meal. **Reservation Details:** - Non-refundable reservation fee: $50 (does not get applied to your bill) - Reservation duration: 2 hours. - Please note: No outside food or beverages allowed. Just to start this is our first time to the Bellaterra restaurant so we have no bias either way towards it. Overall appearance of the shop gave us very high hopes about what we were about to eat. For the price of food, we expected it to be a little bit better in addition to being made with good ingredients. Their popular items were good, however, we tried something that wasn’t recommended off of reviews and it ended up being pretty average at best. The service was attentive until we made our order and got our food. Then, after that, they never returned until it was time for the check. We finished our water and sat without water for about 15 to 20 minutes in order to clean pallets from the food being not so good we had to resort to hydrating ourselves with wine, which wasn’t terrible for being a wine restaurant, but we wanted water at that time. We were able to get water when they brought our check, but the service was subpar, and I knew that there was a bigger party, so it may have been just attributed to scheduling issues. Sadly, our first visit left us a little disappointed with the overall experience.

Poor experience. Rented an igloo and the power kept going out. Had to be moved inside. Took forever to get our food. Some was. It prepared right. Won’t be going back!!.

Terran is always great at suggesting new drink specials or coming up with ideas for us! Sarah was our server to finish up- she did a great job. Always smiling and asking if we needed anything. Thanks Girls!

We made a reservation through Open Table on 02/01/2025 for a party of 7 for 02/08/2025. We intended to eat dinner together as a family to celebrate the birthdays of two of our daughters There was a forecast of inclement weather for that evening, and we watched the restaurant’s social media posts and checked email throughout the day to ensure the restaurant was still open. We received no notification that they had closed or intended to close early. When we arrived for our reservation, it was discovered there was no entertainment as advertised, and we were told the couch seating we had requested was ready. We had not requested couch seating, and I indicated this would not be acceptable to eat dinner for a party of 7. The host took a personal call while trying to figure out our seating. He then offered us high top tables in the corner of a back room where we would have been seated back to back in separate groups. When we asked about the private room where we had previously attended a party with a group, he indicated that room was “closed”. After dealing with his bad attitude and less than helpful demeanor, we decided we were going to go elsewhere. It became apparent that he wanted to close early and was manipulating the situation to cause us to leave. I sent two emails to the address on the website and received one “we’re looking into it response”. I thought it was to touch base and follow up, and even sent another email to check in with no response. Not only was our family celebration spoiled, now that eleven days have gone by, they have now made it evident that they truly don’t care.

My boyfriend & I booked a private igloo. I'm not sure that we will book it again because the reservation of $50 doesn't really get you much besides a tiny space with a heater. It doesn't get applied to your meal so you are paying separately for that. Meanwhile, staff was friendly and food was fantastic. The truffle fries w/ garlic dip were perfect. We purchased a wine flight which was also very much so enjoyable. If we drive up again, we will probably just eat inside instead of paying for an igloo. The idea is nice, but it didn't quite justify the extra $50. All in all, a good date night regardless.

First time going was amazing plan on going back. Had great service that was fast & friendly. Food came out quick and tasted delicious.

Reserved an igloo for 8 people. Was available upon arrival. Igloo was charming. Waitstaff was friendly and efficient. Food was terrific. Findley wine was great. Draft beers were very good. It was an outstanding experience.

I absolutely love this restaurant! It’s my favorite in Bedford! Everyone is so nice and the food is outstanding! Not to mention the amazing wine selection!

It was terrible! Had family in from LA and friends from out of town. Went to Bella and lights were out and they were closed. This was a family celebration and 80th birthday. They should do something since they ruined our celebration. I don’t even know what else to say. But sure won’t tell people to go there
