He ido varias ocasiones a Benihana, es la primera vez que asisto a Addison y fue fatal, tenía reservación y me hicieron esperar en la puerta por más de 30 minutos, la mesera que nos asignaron fue pésima, solo fue a mi mesa cuando llegamos y al final a llevar la cuenta, me cobraron menú de 6 tiempos para varias personas y el helado nunca llegó ni el menú completo, la persona que me tocó para que cocinara para nosotros nos hizo muy aburrida la estadía, nos comenzó a contar su vida privada y eso me molestó todo estuvo muy mal

I made a reservations in advance for Valentine’s weekend. However, upon arriving, we were informed there would be an additional hour wait beyond our reservation time. It was incredibly frustrating and felt disrespectful, given that it was such a special occasion. I understand things can get busy, but what’s the point of allowing reservations if they won’t be honored? This complete lack of consideration for our time ruined our plans, and I couldn’t help but feel that they didn’t value their guests. It was a huge letdown.i have dined at Benihana many times this experience has really made me question if I want to give them my business anymore.

I booked a reservation for 615pm and got there and was told we had to wait another 45 minutes for my reservation because they’re behind on reservations. I’ve never been to a restaurant where i made a reservation and had to wait so much longer to be seated. That is supposed to happen with walk in’s. My party and I had to sit at the bar. Upon seating there the bar table was sticky. We had to ask for the area to be wiped down, when we finally got our orders taken we had to ask for our appetizing dishes to be removed so that we could have room for our entrees, we had to ask for more water, and had to keep getting our waiter, Tk’s attention for anything else.

The wait was two hours by the entrance and another 30 minutes waiting for the chef. The food was delicious!!

They were very backed up, had a reservation at 7:15, got seated 8:05 pm. Dinner was yummy excited the filet was overcooked and tasted cheap. Service was very kind and helpful. It was Valentine’s Day so they were having trouble turning over tables. Probably over 50 people waiting for a table.

Waited 2 hours to be seated for a pre reserved dinner. Food came out 1 hour after we were seated. Took 30 minutes to get a single beer.

Well it wa definitely an experience we knew there was going to be a wait because valentine day. But man the server was terrible, only seen him 4 times total. Didn’t put in our appetizers didn’t get refills, he was no where to be found.
