Our server Jimmy was excellent. He was responsive without being obtrusive. Food was good. We all had pizza or salad. Bertuccis makes good pizza. Drinks were expensive which led to a pretty big bill.

We arrived to find the Dining room was busy for lunch . We were seated immediately and given the fabulous rolls by our hostess to hold us till our waitress could get to us. Our waitress took our drink order in a timely manner and our lunch order too. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and side salads. The salads were crisp and fresh and our spaghetti and meatballs outstanding. Portions were ample and our waitress accommodated our requests for extra sauce and napkins in a pleasant manner. We definitely will go to Bertucci’s for lunch or dinner again.

We literally only got a large pizza and a bowl of fettuccine Alfredo. The pizza was completely burnt.

Stopped in for the Monday unlimited pasta promotion. Server knew nothing about it. The server was new but didn’t come back to the table for long periods of time. Felt very unwelcome. Wanted to purchase a can of Diet Coke at the end but all of the can seemingly were expired. I’ve had many great experiences at this restaurant but this wasn’t one of them. I put the blame squarely on the restaurant for this experience and not the server.

We celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Bertucci’s every year. Our local one closed so we came here for the first time this year and it was great. The food was great, the restaurant was really nice, it was busy but we were seated quickly.

Overall, good value for the price-point. Nothing exceptional, and the drinks for a bit on the high side, but the food was good, and I will go back there again.

As an Italian place I was expecting so much better! Too much tomato sauce on the pizza and the entrées were dipped in oil. Won’t return!!!
