Unexpected combination of good service (our waitress was a real hospitality professional) and overall dirt of the place (all surfaces were sticky, fatty, dirty not cleaned toilets). The food was acceptable (we just had a pizza).

Went there on the Saturday evening before Mother's Day. Had not been for several years. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the two pizzas we ordered. Would have appreciated having more than one napkin, the one wrapped around the silverware. Would also have appreciated having my Arnold Palmer refilled.

Our Bertucci's locally closed. We had gift cards we needed to use so drove to Springfield. Food choices are endless and quality very good. Highly recommend.

My lasagna was hot on the outside, but cold in the center. My server had it heated. It was delicious once it was no longer cold.

Joseph was a good server. I would have given a higher rating for the food but my pasta dish was served cold and the sausages in it were barely warm. It took a lot to get the attention of a server. When I did she apologized and took the food back to the kitchen. When she returned about 8-10 minutes later the dish was hot AND I also noticed that green peppers had been added. I don’t know what happened but apparently the dish had been served incompletely. It was much better the second time.

If you are going to be open on Christmas staff properly. It was the worst experience from start to miserable finish. You also knew it was terrible and should have discounted the bill - given a voucher, offered a dessert. Something.

Shawn was our waiter and he was wonderful. We had a large party and was very patient with us as we decided to put in our order. We were very pleased with his service.

By the time my husband’s pepperoni pizza was ready, my son and I were done with our meal. Pasta with meat sauce was fine, nothing special.

We reserved a table thru opentable but once we got there they old us we got no reservations!! lucky they can accommodate 17 people!
