Bettys is famous for afternoon tea, and if you want to experience the finest we offer, book your table in the Imperial Room, Harrogate.

These beautiful, historic rooms - located on the first floor of our Harrogate tea room- are steeped in history and provide the perfect setting for our most exquisite afternoon tea.

You'll be serenaded by our pianist as you enjoy a lavish selection of dainty sandwiches, specially selected teas and irresistible miniature cakes and scones.

Put aside any concerns you may have about not feeling full: we’ll happily bring another pot of tea and a few more sandwiches to make sure you leave feeling content.

You'll be serenaded by our pianist as you enjoy a lavish selection of dainty sandwiches, specially selected teas and irresistible miniature cakes and scones. Please note: For any dietary requests (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, children) please use the 'Special requests' box during the booking process. For any allergies or intolerances please call 0800 456 1919. Set menu (subject to change): A selection of savouries, Sandwiches; Milk roll with egg mayonnaise and crispy onions, Yorkshire salami and mozzarella on sun-blushed tomato bread, Flaked salmon, horseradish, celery and caper on malted grain bread. Scones; plain and lemon & poppy seed. Miniature Cakes; Salted Caramel Rose, Yuzu and Raspberry Slice, Strawberry & Almond Macaroon.

Excellent service as you would expect food top class with extra complimentary tea’s coffee and sandwiches. Nice for a special treat would certainly do it agin

This was a wonderful afternoon tea, high quality, top tier service and food. I put in a small note for my wifes birthday and they were kind enough to present her with a little cake and a gentle piano played happy birthday. My wife says its the best afternoon tea/birthday she's had.

Staff were excellent so professional but friendly and polite. My friend had a strict diet but they manage to sort it thar she could still have afternoon tea. The manager was brilliant and checked everything was correct for her. Our waitress was lovely. The food was delicious there was paino player which created a calm atmosphere Highly recommend

Celebrated a friends birthday. We had lots of dietary requirements amongst us and the staff at Betty's weren't phased. They accommodated us impeccably ! I can't wait to go back again. Couldn't have asked for more. The team are amazing !!!
