Bianca is a modern American restaurant and bar in Chestnut Hill that specializes in wood grilling, wood fire pizza, and a variety of dishes inspired by global flavors and cuisines. Bianca means a clean slate, a virtual white plate primed for delicious expression and ready to transport you to far off places. From classic dishes done with care to the truly unique, Bianca presents a luxe dining experience in a relaxed atmosphere that is as comfortable as our own homes. Owners Chef Tim Cushman and Restaurateur Nancy Cushman are the husband & wife team behind James Beard Award Winning o ya and Hojoko in Boston.
RESERVATION POLICY: If you need to cancel, notify 24 hours prior to your reservation to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee. Children 12 & under must have an adult(18+) at the table.
A 20% gratuity will be added to all parties larger than 6.
Our patio is open seasonally. We do not take patio reservations, but will seat reservations at the next available patio table if requested.

    Our waitress was great Asked for a booth, was told it was reserved for owner (deduct point). Caesar salad had brown romaine lettuce, thought dressing was tasty. The lettuce was cut small. All the pieces had some browning. They tried to mask this on the heavy thick dressing. They did split it in the kitchen for us and the portion was good.

    What a nice surprise! Stopped at Bianca on the way into town to avoid parking hassles. The restaurant is a very nice open space with lots of seating. When we left it was almost full and it wasn't that noisy. I could have done without the music however. it did not add anything to the amibience and was annoying. We split the chicken salad and the pistachio pesto pasta. The kitchen did a nice job of splitting and plating them for us. The salad was delicious .. very fresh and the dressing was sweet and spicy. The pasta dish was also very good. The pesto had a nice kick. I think it would have been too rich to eat a whole serving myself (just my opinion) but with the salad it was perfect. We ordered a side of focaccia which made it easy to sop up the dressing and pesto sauce. Our server was very attentive as were all of the staff. The menu had a lot of other interesting looking options. I would definitely go back there and try the pizza, which looked delicious, or other menu items. There were some nice dessert options but we were too full.

    Excellent restaurant tucked away at The Street. Good for families, couples, friends. Love the background music and decor. Food — as always— super tasty. Burgers, salads, truffle fries. What could be wrong with that!?

    Great service from Shannon, but my companion and I found the menu a bit limited, and the options available seemed heavy — a lot of cream sauces and the like. I prefer to eat “clean,” and finally ordered a Greek salad with balsamic dressing and grilled shrimp. It was OK, but nothing special. My friend had the same thing, but with chicken instead of shrimp. She was also underwhelmed. Her mocktail, however, was delicious.

    Great place to meet for lunch. The salads are large, fresh and filling. The staff gets it - dressing on the side, water carafe is kept full, separate checks arrive quickly, the pace is easy, efficient.
