I had the gluten free pancakes. They were delicious! Service was very quick. Staff were lovely and friendly.

I booked a last-minute table here on a rainy Friday night after 7:30pm, as it was a short walk from where I was staying near Seven Dials. Place was bustling with lots of happy chatter bouncing around the space, so as a solo diner, I was grateful for a corner, window-side table. Had the side-salad as a starter: lots of very fresh greens, including pea shoots, in a large, deep bowl. For my main course, the seafood 'pie' was a rich casserole of cod, salmon and shrimp in a rich, creamy sauce, under a layer of mashed potato -- bubbling hot on a cold wet night. Good filling food, reasonably enough priced for such a centrally located bistro in the thick of Covent Garden. Would probably go again, altho' hoping for an outdoor table on the patio so warm dry evening!

Just what we have come to expect from Bill’s nationwide. Good ambience although it was very crowded. What was unexpected was the speed at which our orders were taken and the food delivered to the table. The waiter asked about food allergies and acted upon them without fuss. The BBQ burgers were cooked to individual tastes and judging by the clean plates, were thoroughly enjoyed. Children’s build a burger was a thoughtful addition to the kids menu as so many children won’t eat specific ingredients. Excellent choice for a pre-theatre meal.

Was seen quite quickly and food was given promptly. However our food was too oily and very stodgy tasting which was a disappointment as have had wonderful meals at bills the last two times I went

Good food with a nice ambience. Had to correct the chips for my daughter and reminded them about water for the table. Overall we enjoyed our half term lunch out.

We booked in advance which was just as well as it was very busy. We were shown to our table immediately even though we were a little early. The staff were excellent and food delicious.

Service was patchy. I’ve been before and had good service. Hopefully this was a one off. The staff need better training in hospitality.

It was a Valentines date with the Valentines set menu which was very tasty and the items we had, authentic. Service was great and not rushed. My partners first time at Bill’s
