The recently restored, Last St Brewery, in the heart of Beechworth, offers a family friendly menu featuring local produce and an extensive drinks menu including the full range of traditional cordials, classic sodas, hand crafted spirits, beers on tap and cocktails.

The regionally inspired menu is available across three unique dining spaces. The Taproom restaurant, boasting 16 taps, cushioned booths and expansive dining tables provides plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy. While downstairs in the brewery cellar the Speakeasy bar will transport you back to the roaring 20’s. This moody, charismatic space offers intimate seating with classic leather chesterfield sofas and high-top tables, decadent glassware and antique charm. Or, make your way outside to the dog friendly Beer Garden, decked out with misters and heaters providing the perfect climate control all year round.

Staff are so friendly and the food and drinks are fabulous. The spraying water over our table was perfect for a 40 degree day. The kids also enjoyed themselves a lot!

Atmosphere was fantastic, food ordered and served really quickly, busy restaurant! Worth the money and time Happily come back over and over again. And we are from northern suburbs Melbourne

Had a wonderful lunch in the beer garden the weekend of the car park sale. Very pleasant and not noisy. The food is always great and didn’t have to wait long.

We had lunch in the tap room, it was a really nice area, very comfortable and food was awesome 😁

Tastings at Bilsons were great. Staff were friendly, especially the alcoholic tastings man. However, the share platter was $45 and very poor value for money and was very disappointing. We would not return to Bilsons to eat for this reason.

We partook in the tour and stayed for lunch. Our stop in Beechworth was the perfect end to a birthday road trip. The tasting was superb and so was lunch. Shoutout to the amazing staff and especially the lovely gentleman with the white shirt who greeted us in the carpark. He took our day from great to amazing!

Waiter was attentive and pleasant but meals took over 45 minutes to arrive. Food was ok but not outstanding: chickpea curry should have been accompanied with rice and not a load of chips. Flatbread served with Koftas was cut in a way that made it impossible to wrap up the koftas with the hummus. Burger was good. Tacos were served in a basket so hard to make up. Tortillas fell apart when eaten.

Had such a good time at Billson’s! The staff were so lovely and the food was amazing! We all came away ready to enter our food comas. Highly recommended I was impressed on the speed of service considering how many patrons were present.
