Bistro di Marino in Sewell is an old world Italian Style restaurant with a full bar to compliment the food. We offer a variety of wines and craft cocktails while staying true to our Italian roots .

You'll come for the gnocchi's and stay for the experience!

Bistro di Marino is my kitchen. It’s where I get to do what I love and share it with all who pass through its doors. As you read this, we are busy in the kitchen pouring our hearts into our food. This is a love affair that goes back for many, many years and if you haven’t yet dined with us, consider this an invitation to experience four generations of my family in the place I call home.

Upon arrival we were told they were out of food and their manager was going to acme. That should say it all

Restaurant was closed. No info on voicemail. Website allowed me to make a reservation. Drove there to find a sign on the door. Second time this has happened at this restaurant.

Server was very friendly. Server did a good job based on the circumstances but unfortunately the kitchen was backed up so it took a while for the food to come out. This was not the server’s fault. Once the food finally came, my daughter’s dish was prepared incorrectly. She didn’t mind but also didn’t want to wait for a correction because she was very hungry at this point. Food was just ok. If we were to go back I don’t think any of us would get the same dish. Server did comp us desserts which was very nice of her. We did not complain at all but she knew the amount of time it took to get dinner was excessive and decided to give us the desserts on her own. Also, our table was in a terrible location and the other servers kept trying to wedge themselves behind me. They bumped me and the lady behind me every time.

Tough night for the kitchen staff. Many people were unhappily taking orders to go after their long wait and absolutely no updates on orders beside - “I’m sorry the kitchen is backed up” Gnocchi and calamari were great but took our entrees to go after two hours.

Delicious food and drinks. Absolutely loved the gnocchi trio appetizer. Incredibly generous dinner portions. Attentive server.

As my boyfriend and I were walking into the restaurant a customer was walking out. He informed us their credit card machines were down. The host sat us, without saying anything about the credit card machine being down. We ate our WHOLE MEAL without our waiter telling us their machines were down. We had cash so it didn’t matter, but we saw three other tables that had to leave their spouse and go to the atm to get cash. The worst customer service ever. Too scared of losing business over doing the right thing.

We made reservations, we were seated right away, on time! Servers were quick to bring water, beverages and bread w/dip. The servers were attentive and available enough. The food came in a reasonable time. We both ordered a GNOCCHI dish. Both were excellent... A very pleasant experience...

Our server was amazing. She also had to handle the bar as well. Seemed short staffed . Food was great

They had a fixed menu for NYE, ran out of the food options, what they did have was not good. The server was nice but didn’t see much of him so went without drinks and our plates accumulated. It was disappointing bc this used to be a great restaurant. Even their gnocchi was not good. Not the meal we were expecting for NYE.
