Located in downtown Bozeman, Bitterroot Bistro is based on Montana values, using Montana ingredients, focusing on Montana food. Phenomenal restaurant!! When you walk in you are greeted very openly, then served the most delicious food. Will come back for more!

We had an amazing dinner at Bitterroot Bistro tonight. Our dinner was excellent. We had a salad and soup to start. We had the Trout Entree and Pork Chop for dinner and it was so delicious. Highly recommend both. The service was very attentive and overall a great dinner!

Every dish and sauce was savory, and expertly prepared and presented. The menu has unique offerings. Highly recommend!

I frequently dine at this lovely restaurant in the heart of Bozeman. A quiet dinner with friends is always a certainty. The service is excellent and the food is always great. Check it out.

We loved Bitterroot Bistro so much we came back a second night! If we weren't headed back to Seattle tonight, I'm sure we'd be there again tonight. My son, a very selective eater, said "this is by far the best burger I have ever had." He is not one to rave about, or even be interested in most food. The service was excellent, the vibe nice and the food fantastic. Couldn't recommend more highly.

The Bistro continues to delight. Their starters and entrees are not the sort of items found in most restaurants in Bozeman. It's great wholesome food that is delightfully prepared.
