   This was our first time at the Bitterroot Bistro. The Staff was wonderful! Braden and Kylie were both professional, friendly and attentive. We had the restaurant week special-the short ribs with fell off the bone and melted in your mouth. It's a very small restaurant but great! Kylie was also great about being aware that I was gluten free and offered gluten free bread and buns!

   We decided to sit at the bar instead of a table and had a great conversation with the owner/manager. The food was excellent, the service was great.

   Very expensive food that was not prepared well. My $50 pork chop was a big chunk of hard, dry meat. It had no more flavor left in it and was hard to choke down. I left much of it on the plate.

   My favorite go to place to have a great meal and enjoy each others company. The staff are super helpful and I never feel rushed.

   We had a great experience, from the service to the wine to the delicious food. Our server was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Thursday is all day Happy Hour and the Smashburger was hands down the best I've ever had (my previous favorite having been the one at Handle Bar at the Four Seasons in Jackson Hole - so that says a lot). My husband's vegan special of the day was very good, large portion and reasonably priced. We'll definitely go back next time we're in Bozeman.

   It’s rare to find a restaurant that has such exceptional food combined with such a kind and friendly staff. We had a truly memorable meal and will definitely be back.

    I really enjoyed my meal here. Glass of wine was a great choice. The people were very friendly and kept in touch with us! Will go again!
