Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. B.J.'s was busy at 5:pm. With a reservation my party was seated promptly though B.J.'s was near capacity. The waitress appeared promptly at our table but our bar drinks came much later, after the salad. Our entrees came shortly after the cocktails, and our waitress was friendly and efficient throughout. My prime rib, however, came not as a slab, but in a twisted jumble of fat and muscle. It did not have the proper texture and my knife was not able to cut it into manageable pieces; I had to pull it mostly apart by hand and I ate it with my fingers. The taste was satisfactory, but noting special and I quit without eating even half of it. I brought the rest home and put some of it out for a neighbor cat. If it eats it, I will put out the rest tomorrow.

We got there and my whole party of 9 was present but they sat us in a table that was filled with only 8 chairs. When we go back to the front, the staff member was very rude to us and said they had made a mistake. I asked her to seat us for 9 and she said it would be a wait, despite having a reservation. We complained about the lack of accommodation and instead of trying to be helpful she just jumped to “do you want to speak with my manager?” It was very weird. Then once seated in a new place for our whole party, the food took forever to get to us and only 7 of our dishes were ready at the same time. We waited an extra 15 minutes or so for the final plates so we could all eat together but of course, everyone’s food was cold by then. Absolutely the worst experience I have had at a BJ’s establishment. The staff was very unapologetic about their service and I am never going back to this location.

Our waiter was the best. Excellent customer service. The food was good as well except the rice was under cooked. We had out of town guests and the enjoyed themselves.

My server Jessica R was awesome. She checked often on my table. This restaurant is cool. I ordered a Cesar salad with blackened shrimp. My salad was very salty. The blackened shrimp was over season. My avocado egg rolls were delicious. Freshly cooked. Great favor to the avocado egg rolls.

Terrible experience. Service was non-existent. Took to long to get food. Flatbread was burned.

We had a reservation and we had to wait. There were open tables for us to sit. But our hostess told us we had to wait as she was eating something at the hostess table looking like she didn’t care about me and my wife who are older. We will not come back again, and I will never recommend this place to anybody.

As a sports fan and food enthusiast, I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the ultimate game-watching experience at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse in Culver City during Game 3 of the Lakers vs. GSW matchup. Combining the electrifying atmosphere, fantastic service, and mouthwatering chicken wings, my visit to BJ's exceeded all expectations. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The anticipation in the air was palpable as fans from both sides gathered together, creating an energetic buzz that only added to the excitement of the game. Everyone had a comfortable view of the multiple screens broadcasting the game. Speaking of the screens, they were strategically placed throughout the restaurant, allowing for optimal viewing from every angle. No matter where you were seated, you could catch every play, dunk, and three-pointer with crystal-clear clarity. The immersive experience made me feel as though I was in the heart of the action, cheering alongside fellow fans. Now, let's talk about the star of the show—the chicken wings! BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse undoubtedly knows how to craft a delectable plate of wings. Served piping hot and bursting with flavor, these wings were an absolute delight. The menu boasted an impressive range of sauces and spice levels, and I opted for the classic Buffalo wings. Each bite was a perfect balance of tanginess and spiciness, complemented by the accompanying blue cheese dip and celery sticks. The wings were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, making them an ideal game-time snack. But the excellence didn't stop at the wings. The attentive and friendly staff provided top-notch service throughout my visit. They were quick to take orders, making sure that no one missed a second of the action. In summary, my time at BJ's in Culver City, watching Game 3 of Lakers vs. GSW, was an absolute blast. I highly recommend BJ's and can't wait to return for the next time
