Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. Arrived at my 9pm reservation and still had to wait about 30 minutes to be sat.

Busy day - in our 60s high top table in the aisle close to the entry - not ideal. Great service. All good overall.

Although our experience was a little off, my expectations were what I thought it would be for a Valentine's Day meal. Short of the person who sat us, all staff encounters were pleasant, we didn't wait long after our reservation time (7:00), but were ushered to a high top table which appeared to be an added row of tables in the isle, to our right was a booth that would hold 4 but looking down the row there were 4 others that had just 2 people sitting in them, I'm older 63 and have back issues, so I inquired and was told this was it or there would be an extended wait for a booth. So maybe they were holding the empty booth for 4 people, or we were next in our waitress's rotation. The booth sat empty for 15 minutes and when they sat someone it was 2 people, and it was our waitress's table as well, rant over thank you... The food was good, the pizookie? desert was delicious, and our waitress was attentive.

Excellent dinner, as always at BJ's, My wife enjoyed the mahi tacos and wedge salad and I had the ahi tuna entree salad and broccoli cheddar soup.

We waited 45 minutes for our food, which arrived stone cold. The server was sweet, which was the only positive, unfortunately.

Service was not good, slow. Took forever to get our food. One order was not correct; it took too long for the replacement to come out so we had it bagged for take home. That means one person in our party did not eat. Party of 5. Appetizers came out at different times, again slow, and were incomplete. Sadly dissatisfied and won’t be back. Food was good, drinks were good, service poor and took way too long to get. Manager came by to check on us and did not follow up in a timely manner after one entree was returned.

Broccoli was not cooked. Potatoe was not cooked. Appetizers came with main entree. Ordered cup of coffee. Brought half cups at a time out. 2 tables beside us got up and left. Horrible experience. It used to not be like that.

We normally like BJ’s but I won’t be back for a while. They were slammed tonight. No toilet paper in the bathrooms… at all. Our food took almost an hour to come, then some things were wrong and took an extra 20-30 min to get after that. If we asked for a drink refill it was at least 10-15 min before we got it. Just very slow. We had three kids with us which made the slow service even harder.

Awful food and cold. Service was slow. Didn’t bring one of our appetizers. Martini took 45 minutes. Bathroom was filthy.
