Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. BJ's is consistently good. The Norman location is our favorite. We stopped here enroute to Kansas City. We loved the clam chowder and boneless wings with the Tatonka Stout Buffalo and BJ's handcrafted root beer glaze sauces. The latter were a tad dry and the the chowder very thick with a generous amount of clams. The Caesar Salad was refreshing (crispy lettuce and dressed lightly. The classic cheeseburger was very good and cooked to perfection. As always the mini pizookies were sinfully delicious. Our server Aubrey and his team of servers provided friendly and effective service.

Apparently the GM for got to “turn off” Open Table for OU football game day so tables were double-booked defeating the purpose of Open Table

Amanda was a fantastic server and our spinach artichoke dip, jambalaya and kicking’ chicken sandwich were all very good as well.

We enjoyed our lunch. The service was great, food was ok. Menu pricing is a bit on the high side.

Overall pretty good experience. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. The bar service was a little slow, especially for the restaurant only being half full. We were a little frustrated when we got there at our reservation time because we were made to wait another 20 min in the entry way for the rest of our group. Even though our table was ready. We got there at our reservation time and wanted to be able to sit down at the table with our kids and enjoy the unique brewed beers offered by BJs while waiting for the rest of our group, but we were unable to do that. Even though the restaurant was half empty and our table was ready. So keep that in mind when you make reservations here.

We were having an early Mother’s Day celebration on a busy Saturday night but with a reservation we were seated immediately. Our waiter, Nick, was excellent and took great care of us all evening. The food was great but now that I am affected, I have to say comparatively speaking they have the best GF menu I have seen with numerous items that aren’t just salads with few ingredients or instructions to “leave the bread off”! I had spinach artichoke dip with celery, a wonderful guacamole burger, a side of garlic grilled vegetables that was worthy of special mention for superb flavor and even a GF Pazookie—cannot tell you what a difference it made in the experience. My entire family enjoyed their meal and portions were generous .
