Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. I made a reservation a week prior. The restaurant was no prepared for us and we were not seated until 45 minutes after our reservation. Service was extremely slow. Half of the entrees were delivered and the other half were not delivered for over 30 minutes after. The timing was way off. So the half that got their food tried to wait a bit expecting the rest of the food to come out soon after. When it did not, they began to eat but at that point their food had cooled off. When the second half of the food did arrive over 30 minutes later it was stone cold. Unappetizing. Very disappointing experience considering we went for my boyfriend’s birthday. When they brought his birthday Pizookie it was over baked and in a to go container- not even the cast iron skillet that is expected. Will not be going back. Awful experience.

Had to wait on a table 30-40 minutes despite having a reservation, the place was very busy, however. They were out of some entrée items, the pork chops and prime rib. One party member's entrée wasn't prepared correctly. I was at the other end of the table, so I couldn't hear what the issue was. The server was great, I think her name was Ava. There was a discrepancy with the bill with the guy whose entrée wasn't prepared right, but Ava got it fixed immediately.

The had a bunch of empty tables but they were on a lengthy wait. We were seated in the back and our server was good, he did the best he could. He had a party of 15 or more at one table plus several other tables. He was way over capacity. The food was ok at best. I got the spicy peanut noodles. The vegetables in it was extremely overcooked, mushy. Not impressed. My husband liked his burger. The food is overpriced and not the quality you would except. We were disappointed.

No issues with the reservation process, and we were seated right away. Of course the restaurant did not have a lot of customers due to the inclement weather. Our waiter was nice and attentive and everybody's food order was correct. I will say I got the cinnamon roll Pazuki to take home and it was terrible! The outside was crunchy and the rest was hard as a rock with a weird aftertaste. You could look at it and see that it had been burnt. Waste of $9 that went in the trash can

We made reservations at the last minute for NYE. Seated promptly, and server greeted us. Overall, everything was good but not great. Food was tasty, but warm (not hot). Our expectations were not high but they were met.

Met a friend for dinner and a movie on NYE. Had a great time! We tried the frosty lucky ducky drink because it was so cute and wanted to take the tubs home. Super tasty!

Christmas Eve was disappointing to say the least. They were understaffed and the kitchen just couldn’t get it right.
