Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. So in many ways we haven't just crafted a brand, but a mindset. And our guests are the reason for this. Had reservations for 9, sat at window booth looking over the patio party but couldn’t see All-StarWeekend BayArea on the many TVs playing. Server took order wrong, left the food to sit until delivered cold by FoodRunners. Everything was cold but was only credited for the cold cinnamon bun pazzoki sent back.. many food items throw out by Bussers. Could hear the conversation of a man and women a few booths way, who’s food was delivered , hot , by server and pretty much ever other table in her section. Overall not a good experience and hope not to return there. Drinks were even wrong.

Obvious staff shortage but the staff who were there were terrific, especially Kelly our waitress She was extremely professional and efficient- and very friendly

Absolutely fabulous service, food was great! Pork chops cooked perfect, but light on glaze, but good anyway.

BJ’s has been around for a long time and I have visited multiple restaurants around California. I always have a good time, good food.

Our server was amazing , attentive and the food delicious! I would recommend this BJ restaurant for larger parties, lots of space !!

There were 4 of us. Our friend arrived before us and ordered drinks. My husband and I each had a beer when we arrived. For dinner, I requested a salad with NO tomatoes, and I specified “absolutely no tomatoes—I can’t eat them” and I asked for dressing on the side. I also ordered sweet potatoes. Our waiter confirmed my order but the salad came with tomatoes and the dressing had already been added to the salad when it arrived. My husband ordered a baked potato and the mixed roasted veggies side. However he was given strictly brussel sprouts because the waiter got his order wrong. My husband couldn’t quite tell by looking at the dish if it was mixed veggies or all sprouts, and began eating it. He got half way through it and decided there were no other veggies other than sprouts, and didn’t want to bother the waiter. He had awful gas all night, a few sprouts with mixed veggies would have been fine but he was uncomfortable from the end of dinner and throughout the night. Our friend ordered a second beer when he placed his order for dinner and he got it after he was done with his meal. The food was good but the bummer was the order not bring what we specified. I don’t know if the waiter was new or not.
