Time counts at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. Since our humble beginnings back in 1978, we've continued to refine our brewhouse experience to make BJ's a place where you can make the most of any meal. We want BJ's to be a place where the moment you leave is the moment you plan on coming back. We pride ourselves in our craft and attention to detail. Our guests come here for our award-winning handcrafted beer. They come here for the Southern California twist we've put on the Chicago-style deep dish pizza. And they come here for our Pizookies®, our world-renowned dessert. But above all we know people come here to make their good times better. They sat a table of 7 at the dirtiest booth possible. Service took forever and the waiter seemed like he was on his own time. I felt embarrassed because I referred the place after being there roughly 6-8 months ago. The staff should be cleaning and wiping down the booths and tables at the end of close or come in early enough to wipe them down before opening. Floors were slippery. One of the customers almost fell in the bathroom because of how slippery it was. I will definitely not recommend this place to anyone else.

Side of broccoli was raw…not steamed. Loaded baked potato had shredded cheddar cheese and bacon but no butter or sour cream. Kids fruit and fish crackers were a nice touch as starter. Kids beverages and water came timely. Beer and wine took about 15 minutes.

Save your money and try another place. Pizzas were dry on top and oily on the bottom. Someone in the kitchen must have drizzled chocolate on my son’s pizza accidentally. My husband’s pizza was missing half a slice. He asked the server and they said they could not ask the chef about it. He lost his appetite. My sandwich was ok but sooo salty. We had to eat our wings with no plates.. despite asking for them 2 times. Asked for ranch.. it took so long to come we had already eaten the wings. All that and walked out of there spending well over 100 for 3 people. Which would have been fine if it was edible. Very disappointed

Very nice people. Food so so So. Came out cold. Didn’t come out together. Had to wait for things to waitress very nice . Clean. Sat us down right away

Improvements can be made at all levels. Mistakes made w reservation, forgetting our food, long wait, stating they will comp our desert, but forgot. 🤷‍♀️😱😱😱 Was not even busy. Good luck next week to everyone for parents weekend!

Overall, OK. Food was good but very slow service. The food was lukewarm when brought over so I think we just had a server who had too many tables or just slow moving.

Felt the food was fair. The service was meh. Drinks were slow or didn’t come at all.

Burger was a little charred in the outside, but well done as ordered (immunosuppressed) and the fries are always tasty. Good service is the standard.

Really bad experience. I rarely leave feedback but this was so bad I feel it is necessary. We went for Fatherday. They had a special menu . They told us the Calamari was out . The Filet was to be thawed and it would take 40 min so they asked to order something else. Really? Blue Moon was out. Ended getting a pizza as nothing was available. The kids meal came and the sausage of the corn dogs was literally blueish inside. Sent it back. The worst experience i had at any restaurant in Tally.

The restaurant was very dirty. I had to notify front staff that my tables floor was covered with food. Dirty table. Food was not fresh. The waitress was wonderful though.
