The Black Horse Inn is a CAMRA-listed pub situated right at the heart of the village of Bilton, just a few miles from Rugby. We're the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy our delicious menu with your favourite drink in hand. We're proud to offer a menu packed with the most appetising dishes. Christmas is so much more than just the big day itself and we'll keep the festivities going all the way through December into the bright lights of 2025! Very helpful staff the Liverpool fan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Was a part of the meal missing but was fixed very quickly. Now looking forward to our Christmas dinner in a few weeks at the Black Horse

Excellent food and the young man serving was not only helpful and attentive, but very friendly and welcoming. A very good experience overall.

Table was nice however difficult for access due to being against the window and high chairs at the other end. No children's cutlery despite having a children's menu, no offer of replacing cutlery after the starters. Service was really slow and the food was cool for some of the meals. Complained about vegetarian sausage and mash as it wasn't cooked.

Hi there, I'm so sorry your visit wasn't perfect! I apologise about the seating & cutlery (you can always request a different table). I'm taking your feedback seriously and fixing the cutlery issue. My records show that your starters arrived within 15 mins, and your mains 20-25 mins later. I understand if it felt longer & apologise for this. During the checkback, our team member was not advised of any concerns regarding food quality or service time. However, I am glad our staff member took the initiative and removed a dessert from your final bill when made aware at the end (rightly so). I hope you'll give us another chance! Kind Regards, Lisa

Food was lovely and well priced, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Was quite cold inside however.

Noise level very loud with lots of drinkers, some stood around us, could not hear one another. We were very disappointed with the main course, parts of it not cooked properly, quite a small portion, it did not feel special, just loud boozy pub. Three sprouts, a few carrots, three very small potatoes, two hard undercooked parsnips, one pale inedible undercooked pig in blanket, two watery pieces of turkey. We thought they took on too much and struggled to do both, perhaps should have stuck to the drinkers. Although the staff were friendly and did their best, we only had three courses, leaving early and keen to get home. Certainly not worth £60 each, was nothing like advertised, the experience surprised us as we have eaten at the Black Horse before and enjoyed it.
