Getting the lattice pastry perfectly golden and crisp while retaining a pink centre to your mushroom duxelles-encased beef fillet is no easy task. Come along to Blackfriars Cookery School where our cookery school chefs will guide you through how to get this elegant show-stopper right every time. On the day you’ll make a Beef Wellington for two along with red wine gravy to take home. You’ll then then have the opportunity to sit-down and enjoy a pre-prepared beef Wellington communally with side dishes of Potato Dauphinoise and Buttered kale with pancetta, plus a Chocolate mousse cake with chocolate sauce.
