Felicia Wilson-Bell and Executive Chef Darryl Harmon have teamed up for the second time to launch a newly successful restaurant – BlackHen Fried Chicken. The waiters/servers were very alert, aware, helpful, professional, catered to all needs/services in a prompt/timely manner. The food was good. It's a small setting but a nice operated business.

The food was mediocre. They sell bottle of water for $8 dollars and it cost $2.49 in stores. All small drinks were $6 dollars and they weren't even speciality drinks. The food was tasteful, but for the price it turned me off. If I'm going to spend $50 or more the food has to be worth it and it wasn't.

Great food would definitely recommend the chicken was amazing looking forward to going back. Restaurant is kinda small and it’s byob with service charge.

We had the wings, candied yams, collard greens, and green beans. And the chicken pot pie appetizer. The food was EXCELLENT! My favorite was the chicken pot pie. Made with a flaky pastry crust on top. Delicious! The wings were extra crispy and perfectly done. No slimy part but not overcooked and dried out. The seasoning is a bit sweet. So I can see how some might not prefer but I loved it. Candied yams were perfectly done. Not too sweet. Seasoned to perfection. The collard greens and green beans were delicious. Some might not prefer the vinegary kick. But I loved it! This was my 3rd Amina Hospitality restaurant. My goal is to eat at all of them as often as possible and bring someone with me to help spread the word. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Great casual meal. Wonderful service. The hostess was especially nice. SUPPORT AMINA HOSPITALITY RESTAURANTS! A wonderful black owned business.

I had a good experience. The food was good, but nothing really stood out. I did like the sauces for the chicken. The collard greens were a little too salty for my taste. Overall it was good, not outstanding

My experience was fantastic. Food was delicious, services great, setting amazing, I loved it, highly Recommend, 10/10 all around the board.

Walked into the resturant and it smelled like burnt chicken. We sat down and realized there was only one server for the entire place. She was lovely but I do not recall her name. We were a little iffy about ordering but went ahead and tried. We then were told they had no white meat chicken. I can’t believe a restaurant that is know for serving chicken was it of white meat chicken. We ended up leaving and going down the street to Amina’s which was even more of a disaster.
