At the heart of Blacksheep burns a large wood-fired, 800-degree oven - the magical flavor of this oven is so compelling that Blacksheep’s kitchen has no fryer, no stove, and you won’t find a pot of boiling water anywhere.

Whether you order our classic Neapolitan pizza, perfectly freckled and bubbled in the heat OR, our cast-iron, oven-seared steak with truffle and ricotta potatoes - the team is ready to pair it with a cold beer, a glass from our sommelier-selected Italian wine list, and a cocktail refined or rustic.

The Baller pizza special is excellent and should be part of the regular menu. Great to see Black Sheep experimenting with the menu with new offerings. Columbus is fortunate to have a classy downtown restaurant and the community seems to be responding positively. Black Sheep appears to be busy every night.

The atmosphere is very modern and comfy. We really enjoyed the menu and you can tell the food is made with skillful care. Amber provided a fantastic experience.

2nd time there. Wait staff is terrific. Cocktails/wine options are spot on. Pizzas are great. One in our party had the salmon - pretty good. Ziti will get better, I think.
