    Amazing service, great steak and wine list. The Brussels sprouts with bacon and mashed potatoes with garlic were delicious. The crème brûlée was perfectly balanced with berries. Overall a great experience, will definitely go back.

    We were seated on time per our reservation for 4 people. We were served water and menus and then no one came by for 45 minutes. Two other tables that were seated after us had already been served drinks and appetizers. We asked one of the passing by wait staff if we could order. We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees all at once since we had already been sitting for close to an hour. When the food did arrive, one of the entrees was totally incorrect and the other was made incorrectly. They remade the two entrees and brought them back out after another 10-15 minute wait. Prior to this review, we emailed the restaurant with our comments but no response was received.

    “Had the pleasure of dining at Blackstone Steakhouse last night to celebrate my wife’s 31st birthday, and we couldn’t be more pleased! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service was impeccable—attentive without being overbearing, and they made sure my wife felt celebrated throughout the evening. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every bite of our steaks was cooked to perfection, and the sides were just as delicious. The presentation and flavors truly exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect spot for a special occasion, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience!”

    My husband and I celebrated our 19 year anniversary at Blackstone in Norwalk. Our server was phenomenal and extremely attentive. He went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. The food was impeccable and the presentation was perfect. Great service is hard to come by however the staff at Blackstones was impressive. We had an amazing dinner and the dessert was even better. We were providing with a complimentary glass of wine for our celebration and couldn’t be more thankful. We will be back soon!
