The food we ordered wasn't available. The Elk meatballs were over cooked and over sauced. The fish and chips (not much on menu) were boxed and old. The waiter complained about his job, coworkers, and cooks. It was such a negative experience.

My husband and I recently had dinner here on a business trip. I have to say it was beyond our expectations. loved our dinners and wine and our server Adam was awesome. We will return!!!

Been here before, but must say that this time around was better. Good food, good service, just a good place to go. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to ear.

This was our second Easter brunch at Blue Canyon, where my wife and I go for special occasions. I thought the bunch was overpriced at $32.95. While the cuts of ham, lamb and prime rib are obviously expensive, there was much other food on the buffet that is certainly less expensive to prepare. Service was excellent as always at Blue Canyon, but there wasn't much bang for the buck. We won't be going back next Easter.

I made reservations for 7:45pm several days in advance of my desired date. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were told that things were running late and to expect to be seated well after our reserved time of 7:45. It was suggested that we go to the bar. We walked past at least 7 empty tables on our way to the bar. The bar was completely full. We sat in the bar waiting for our table. For 40 minutes we were never approached by a single member of the staff to ask if we wanted anything. Other tables around us that were more aggressive received 3-4 visits and interactions from the wait staff, but never once were we even approached. My wife, who really wanted a drink, asked one member of the wait staff for assistance. She said she would return for our order. She never did in the entire time we sat in the bar. When we were seated at a table it was again a long wait until our waitress came to help us. She took our drink order and left. 20 minutes later she returned to ask me for clarification on my drink. Another solid 10 minutes later, making it close to an hour and a half until we received our first served item. Our appetizer came around 15 minutes later and the rest of our food shortly after that. The waitress was unskilled at public speaking or perhaps even new to this restaurant. She didn't pronounce some of the food items correctly and when asked a question, she actually took the menu in her hands to read it off, obviously not knowing what was on it. M'any of the other staff seemed tense and "put out'. Less than half ever had a smile on their face. The host was pleasant but seemed overwhelmed at the crowd. It appeared there was not enough staff to handle the customer load. I must say that all of the food was top notch. I haven't a single criticism of the food in any way. It was skillfully prepared and of the highest quality ingredients . My hats off to the kitchen staff.

Our first time at Blue Canyon. We had a very good dinner and were very please with our server. It was very busy at the restaurant, but the server was always right there to help us.

It's not an overly fancy restaurant, and the menu is limited - but those are good things. Sometimes the menus of a higher priced restaurant have too many choices for me - This wasn't like that. the menu was reasonable and had good items. The food was good (would have been nice to have been served some bread) and the portions were good, too. Our waiter was helpful and prompt. The only drawback was being seated in a corner and the table next to us was loud, but it was a busy night.

I took an out of town guest to Blue Canyon for dinner. The staff was welcoming and sat us at a table by the fireplace. The menu offers a good variety of options, and the food was excellent. The refined rustic decor was relaxing after a busy day. Great experience.
