The Blue San Marco x Caligiore pairing dinner will be a unique, curated dining experience with a line of Argentinian wines with dishes specifically designed to pair. We will be serving a prix fixe menu of four courses with wine pairings at $125 per person. This experience is 4 courses each with its own wine pairing, a brief overview follows; starting with Argentinian Red Shrimp Ceviche & Torrentes Riojano, Seared Duck Breast & Bonarda, Braised Lamb Papardelle & Syrah, and Ribeye Carne Asada & Malbec.

New place needs to work out menu, bar selections and service. What we ate was very tasty but came out in wrong order. The manager comped dessert - the right thing to do. We will go back in a month or two after kinks are worked out.

Nice dining room. When we arrived they couldn’t find my reservation, which I reserved on Open Table. They seated us anyway. Food was well prepared and good presentation. Will go back.

Good simple menu and selection of specials. Adequate portions and well seasoned/flavorful food. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service. Overall great experience from arrival to departure.

Great service, good ambiance, decent food. I had the scallops and risotto. The scallops were OK but not great. Ototo was OK but a little lumpy. Dessert was delicious. Drinks were good.

It was our first time checking out blue and it had such a great vibe. It was a girls night out and we shared appetizers and entrées. Everything was wonderful. I thought the bottles of wine were well priced. I didn’t have any cocktails, but definitely next time.

Great food and staff. We really loved their later hours. Hard to find in Jacksonville.

This cocktail menu is unlike any other in jacksonville. The food was phenomenal, perfect portions. The service was 10/10.

We were given a choice of tables by the hostess and that was wonderful. The wait staff was a person training and she was not familiar with a few things. The mushrooms were scrumptious. The last time we dined at Blue we enjoyed them. We placed our dinner order for a Caesar salad and lamb pizza. We also ordered bread which we were told would be an added charge. That was fine. Unfortunately, the bread did not arrive until we finished our salad and pizza and we were ordering dessert. This was not what we planned. The wait staff took our drink order as soon as we arrived and it was Happy Hour. She did not return until 6:02 to check in to see if we wanted another drink. When we ordered, she informed us we missed Happy Hour. Several attempts were made to flag her down but that did not happen. This experience was not as smooth as the first time we dined at Blue. Blue has a fabulous menu and we will return but Friday was not a great experience.
