En la reserva indiqué que una persona era intolerante al gluten. Si pusieron pan sin gluten, pero no aconsejaron nada sobre la carta. Deficiente en ese sentido. Los camareros estaban muy cerca y discutían entre ellos, no me pareció apropiado en un sitio así. La música está muy alta y no se puede casi hablar, esto es muy habitual en Londres.

Excellent sunday lunch. we were welcomed in with our 8 month child and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Really enjoyed Sunday brunch. Lovely staff and ambience. Amazing Croque Monsieur coffee Creme Brulee and a lovely little chocolate fudge birthday cake! My friend really enjoyed her advocado eggs on corn bread and the artwork! The roasts at the next table looked amazing! Will be back for one of them and a cocktail one evening! Love the history of Bluebird and the Campbells.

The atmosphere was a bit livelier than expected for a fine dining experience, but the service and food were absolutely fantastic! I had requested a quieter table in advance but was seated in the middle of the restaurant instead. Nonetheless, the exceptional service and delicious food more than made up for it!

Fantastic experience. We went on valentines day which is also my husband’s birthday and as soon as we checked in with reception they wished him happy birthday which was lovely. The food was excellent, we went for the surf and turf and doughnut fondue, all the flavours were amazing. I also love that the table aren’t sandwiched together so you dont feel like you are sitting on top of other guests. The violinist was a great touch and loved that it got lively with the dj too. This was our second time, will definitely be back again.

The afternoon tea experience was not the best. I have had dinner and drinks before and the food was great but not the selection of sweets. Also the service not as expected. Tea was served before the drink and I had to ask for the glasses of Prosecco when my friend already preordered before my arrival .

Partners 27th and special instructions were vegan minimal offerings on the menu and birthday desert server wasent sure if it was vegan as she’s dairy intolerant so she ate part and it gave her massive stomach upset for the day . Servers were nice but service was slow .14.5% service charge yet menus hardly catered or offered for vegan options

Waited 30 minutes at the bar while they ‘prepared our table’. Was marked as a business meeting on the booking so was very disappointed by this wait.

Service was horrendous. We had to ask for drinks/food multiple times and order arrived with items missing. We ended up leaving early. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be returning.
