Our experience at Blue Fin Eagleview was exceptional! The fish is always in pristine condition, with each plate sent from the sushi bar a work of art with beautiful edible garnishes. The oyster tempura topped with yuzu aïoli was so delicious. We also loved the crispy sushi and the “torched” salmon belly both tender and crispy at the same time. Another favorite is the steak teriyaki cooked rare to perfection. The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend….

The attention to detail at Bluefin shows in every aspect of our dining experience. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable and the management was very attentive. I am a serious sushi foodie and Bluefin was perfect in every way.

What an amazing meal! James and Sophia are amazing. They even worked with us to create a special roll we wanted to have! The food was outstanding! We will be back! Love love love!

We went for dinner and enjoyed the Kani cucumber salad, the sushi dinner, and a mushroom truffle special roll. Everything was delicious and since it's a BYOB it made for an affordable date night. I highly recommend.

Food was great! Service from Sophi and her staff was outstanding, and I was shocked at how reasonable the pricing was compared to previous owners. And BYOB!
