BóRN is the 3rd venue in the Tapavino stable and takes its cue from the tapas bars & restaurants in & around El Born, Barcelona. Located on the waterfront in Barangaroo, We take inspiration from the Spanish classics but with a modern twist.

    This is a great venue to entertain clients. This is my 2nd hosted corporate dinner. The wine waiter is extremely knowledgable on the huge wine list. We were very pleased with his recommendation. The food is excellent and the location is superb on a sunny day even in winter. We ended up having a 4 hour lunch and last time it was 5 hours. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the quality, the ambiance and the service.

    Food and service excellent . We had a selection of tapas dishes. They were all well presented and tasted divine .

    Been here before and I enjoyed the food more; I found value for money for a lunch serving was a bit pricey. Last time I really enjoyed the sardines as a starter, but they are no longer on the menu. A substitute was the anchovy but very small and not worth the money. The fish of the day was also average compared to my last visit, and being charged nearly $20 a glass for a house Chardonnay is a bit rich. I think the hero was the roast potatoes with rosemary as side. Would go back for one more try and see how we go

Staff greet you like regulars, talk through the tapas with enthusiasm, and time each dish perfectly. From the silky jamón croquettes to the citrus-bright ceviche, every plate bursts with bold Spanish flavours meant for sharing. Add a crisp cava in hand and harbour views at sunset, and Born by Tapavino delivers a memorably warm, food-focused experience worth returning to.

    It was a great dining experience for my friend and myself at the restaurant. The service staff were very attentive and helpful with recommendations. We had a few tapas, daily fish special and pork loin. Very tender and delicious. It was my third time there but still really enjoyable.

    Had an absolute fantastic experience tonight! From the moment we walked in to leaving the restaurant, we felt so welcomed. Service was top notch. We were seated by the waterside, quiet yet still close to the bustling dining scene, food was incredible, octopus was cooked to perfection, the paella was to die for. I’m so excited to come again next time, thank you so much!

    Dined again at BORN with a friend, always good -tried new lamb dish we hadn't had before, was excellent. Best is the relaxed but attentive service and guidance re Spanish wines. Good spread of options on the food menu from small dishes to substantial ones. Can suit occasions. Patrick Lee

    We had a rushed dinner thanks to us running late and needing to be at a show. The staff were super friendly and helpful and our meals came quickly and were delicious! Only minor complaint was the chicken skewers were a small dice and overcooked. That said, the croquettes, jamon with pickles and burrata, anchovies , octopus, chorizo sliders and scallops were all delicious! Thank you - we will be back for a more leisurely dinner soon
