    Our service Linda (not sure if that’s the right name but she had red hair) was great. Even on a busy evening she managed to listen and keep up with our table and everyone else’s while keeping a good customer service attitude especially engaging in a conversation with my significant other too. Outstanding deserved every part of the tip I left. Food was great can’t expect anything more or less the wait time was a bit long for the appetizer but again Valentines is a busy night so I’ll give the benefit of the doubt. Me and my significant other are definitely satisfied with how it turned out.

    I usually enjoy Boston pizza and go there to catch up with my friends. However, this trip there was a bit soured by a table of delivery drivers and BP employees behind us throwing straw packages etc at each other and twice hitting my friend in the head with them. Not very professional.

    Server was very busy with large groups. Part of food ordered not delivered to table til later. Pizza was lukewarm - mentioned it to mgr walking the floor. Mentioned it to server. Wasn’t looking for compensation - thought your kitchen crew should be more on the ball. Normally this BP quite satisfactory. Not this time.

    Our evening at BP started off on the wrong foot when our reservation for a party of 8, including three young kids, wasn't honored as planned. We were seated on the bar side, which was far from kid-friendly. Despite the lively atmosphere making conversations tough, the food and service were good. Kudos to our server, who was apologetic and attentive. However, the lack of acknowledgment from the manager left us disappointed. Hoping for a better experience next time!

    New waiter spoke so softly could not be heard. Brought us wrong drink. Food then came and we had no plates or utensils. Music playing is too loud - this is a restaurant, not a bar! Second time here and way too noisy. Will stick with grant Park and Polo Park locations from now on

    Service and food quality at this location is always excellent. Friendly and welcoming staff. Servings are generous. The menu has recently updated and trying the new items is has not disappointed.
