Bourbon & Bones Chophouse and Bar is a chef-driven, sophisticated steakhouse and bar. Our innovative menu and chic high energy atmosphere make us true industry originators and Phoenix's Best Steakhouse. We are a welcomed respite from the typical chain steak restaurants. We feature the finest cuts of USDA Prime steaks and Wagyu beef, as well as premium seafood dishes with our own artistic twist.

From the chef procured bone-in or boneless, wet and dry aged cuts of meat, to fresh seafood, signature side dishes, and desserts we utilize the finest ingredients, in uniquely delicious ways. Steaks were over cooked, Brussels sprouts were drench in sauce and the service was not very good. Much better steakhouses for the money. BNB should now be considered a low quality steakhouse with crazy high prices

First impressions mean so much. I will be going back many more times to Bourbon and Bone based off my first visit. 10/10

All we can say is “why did it take us so long to go to Bourbon & Bones?” We had an excellent meal and the service was exceptional from the minute we entered the restaurant. Our waiter, Basil, and his crew, made our evening so enjoyable. We all opted for the incredible prime rib. We will be back very soon to experience other items on the menu. Again, we just want to say thank you for giving us such a lovely night.

Service and food was excellent. Had a little bit of a wait for the entrees to come out but worth it. The menus are also a bit ridiculous and so are the booths, over sized and clunky. Not a restaurant to go to for an intimate dinner or have conversation, it’s dark, loud and smokey inside.

The best steaks and wonderful service. Beautiful place but we had a small table in close proximity to others. And it was pretty loud, but that wasn’t an issue. Energetic was a good description.

Great waitress and other servers! Horribly noisy and had to speak loudly to hear each other across the table! 3 out of four steaks were great. One petit filet of all cuts was tough, couldn’t believe it. They charge $3.50 for clear rock ice cube in my bourbon. Never seen that before. Charge an additional $10 if you want your bourbon smoked.

Our meal was delicious! Service was outstanding! Very attentive but not annoying. Food delivery was spaced perfectly.

The food was good. Pork belly appetizer was not that great in comparison to other restaurants I've been to. Everything else was fantastic. Above and beyond service.

Went there for my wife's birthday. The ambiance was very nice and was less busy than we expected, which was nice for our occasion. Food and service was excellent as usual. Thanks.

There are better quality experiences for your money. The night started off rough with the hostesses not really listening to or caring about our requests. The server was fine but the “helper” made a few sarcastic and passive aggressive comments… probably because of our interactions with the hostesses… then disappeared for the rest of the meal. We waited about 15 minutes before we were finally visited and given menus by the server. The wine list was interesting but very overpriced in my opinion. I was also disappointed not to see very many bottles on there that to me seem like staples at a grill/steakhouse. We selected a bottle, that turned out to actually not be available and then went with a recommendation of the waiter. The bottle of wine was the best part of the experience. We ordered the fillet and the prime rib dinner, both of which were fine, but not great. I think this is a restaurant with a personality complex, trying to be something it’s really not. IMO a better meal is available for a reasonable and appropriate price point by going across the parking lot to The Keg.
