                                                                            Wow, we had a first class meal at Bowdies Sunday night. There were 3 of us, each started with a perfectly mixed cocktail and a set ice of delicious bread with whipped butter. We opted for no appetizers as we wanted to save our appetites for the steak. We ordered one 36 ounce Tomahawk steak for the table, and three sides, au gratin potatoes, creamed spinach and Brussel sprouts. Wow every dish was perfectly prepared and delicious! Waited sliced the steak at the table, and we ate it all family style. It was more than enough food and it left just enough room for dessert, it was a ten for a wonderful Sunday night meal!

                                                                            10 out of 10!! Started with perfectly crafted cocktails and the most cozy ambiance. The wedge salad was by far the best version we’ve ever had. Ordered the Tomahawk steak, cooked perfectly as requested, literally melted in your mouth. We’ve been to top steakhouses in NY city and Bowdie’s was right at the top with them! Coffee and dessert were also delicious and spot on. The service was impeccable, we are counting the days until we return!! Thank you Bowdie’s!!

                                                                            Had to wait a while before ordering our food and our food was not served until after 21:00. Although it was Valentine’s Day wait times should have been factored into that. Our reservation was at 19:45 and we didn’t start to eat until after 21:00. Overall the restaurant was clean, ambience was great and once we did get our food it was amazing!

                                                                            Valentines dinner. Wife’s food was bad. Sent back and they took off the bill. She tried 2-3 bites. Not good. My filet was very good. Both types of soup we ordered were lukewarm at best. Enjoyed 2 meals there in the past that were very good. This was very disappointing.

                                                                            1st time here and will definitely go back and absolutely recommend. We each got filet mignon and both were cooked to perfection. We shared the potatoes au gratin which were amazing. Of course, we enjoyed one of our favorite Cabernet's with dinner, Austin Hope. Dessert was another sharable .... creamy and yummy Creme Brûlée. As far as servers ... Melanie was absolutely wonderful!!!

                                                                            We love Bowdie's. Last night the food was excellent and the service was over the top. They didn't have ranch dressing but un-beknown to us the manager went to local store to get it (the same only dressing my wife eats). In addition Melanie was amazing as always!!! Thanks
