Brass Kitchen & Bar is located on Yampa Street in Downtown Steamboat Springs. Chef Ryan Fowler reimagines continental classics as healthful, modern American plates. A diverse selection of artisanal spirits, wines and beers on tap offer the perfect pairing. A staff of career restaurant professionals conveys the hospitality for which Steamboat Springs is famous in an upbeat contemporary, yet warmly inviting space. Conceived as a place where friends and all members of the family are welcome, quality and affordability are core values. Favorites include Cassoulet and Hofbrau Dunkelweiss, and Sriracha Braised Pork Cheeks with dry Riesling or Mezcal.

Happy Hour, 3:30 to 5:30 pm daily, is a time, when locals gather to toast the day's outdoor adventures. The full menu and all beverage are available at a 25% discount.

We welcome your reservation, or invite you to drop by. Bar and table seating is available.

No show reservations will be charged A $25 per person fee.

    Best restaurant we've been to in Steamboat. Very attentive staff, great food and a great happy hour deal! We'll be back!

    The food at Brass was delicious! Fresh, gourmet — an excellent fusion of flavors. We shared a starter, salad and the trout entree. Each were awesome. Service by Gabriel was attentive, and friendly. The food was nicely timed too. It was our first time there and we will be back!

    Drinks, food, and service was great. West facing window shade was broken which caused some direct sunlight into our eyes. Other than that minor issue, it was a great experience

    Outstanding food, drink & service. Paul & Kyle provided great recommendations and outstanding service. So many good options to meet anyone's needs for dietary concerns from starters to desert. If you're in the 'boat it's a must try!

    I love the menu and the food here. Very very good. However it can be really loud. Ask for a table away from the large dining table. Every time I go there is a large group- once was women this time 16 young men- and well it’s just loud and you will have to shout to your dining partners. But food is absolutely the star here. Excellent service too. Great bar. Mixes the perfect martini.
