    We enjoyed the lasagna, one of our favorite Bravo dishes. We always enjoy dining at Bravo.

    When we arrived there was no one at the hostess stand. After waiting what seemed lit at least 10 minutes a hostess appeared only to excuse herself and disappear quickly and return several more minutes later. Meanwhile a line had of patrons built up behind us. We got seate and then waited for some time for a server. After inquiring about a server ,we were told he was on his way. Once he finally arrived he gave us decent service. The wedding soup was good as well as the chopped salad and Pasta Bravo. The spaghetti and meatballs and chicken Marsala were just ok. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

    We had a 3:15 reservation with 12 people in our party. The restaurant was not packed but our table wasn’t ready right away. No biggie because all of our party wasn’t here until 3:30. Our drinks were slow to come out and the alcohol ordered took twice as long. Coffee didn’t come out hot, we had to ask for the same thing multiple times because it was often forgotten. We did not get our food until 5pm, the food was lukewarm at best. It’s now 6pm and we still haven’t gotten our checks. I’ve been to other locations and have NEVER had an experience so awful. I will add that our server did the best she could, she overworked waiting tables and making bar drinks, management should have stepped in and done more than point and direct. We came here visiting family in the area we are not locals to Columbus but clearly all locations are not created equal. I do not recommend coming to this location.

    We had reservations and were seated shortly after we arrived. The service was very good, the food was delicious. Great dinner on Thanksgiving.

    Very crowded. Didn’t get a good location. Service was good but slow because of crowd. It was thanksgiving.

    Overpriced food, small portions, 30 -40$ meals include no sides. A small side salad is $7. Food was cold and in children’s portions. Wine was cheap but sold at high prices. Serves steaks but not baked potatoes? Don’t steaks usually come with an option to add a baked potato? Margaritas served in a glass meant for an Old Fashioned not a margarita glass. Chairs were all scuffed and had torn seats. The fettuccine was served in a bowl and was plain with just sauce, no cheese, herbs, spices 0r vegetables. It was about one cup of pasta and that’s it. I added pepper. Won’t be going back. If you ask me it’s a front for some shady goings on!

    The food was good, as it usually is at Bravo! We normally don’t go out on Thanksgiving, so we were pleasantly surprised by the food and more importantly, the service. Our server was awesome and the timing of the courses was perfect! What hadn’t really occurred to us, was the number of larger parties that come out on this particular day. They handled that much better than I ever would have expected.. I deducted a couple stars because they seated us in the farthest table possible from the front door and we had to navigate 2 steps to our dining room, maybe the only area where you would have to use steps. This happened even though I told them that I was disabled and used a cane to walk. I understand that the size of our party limited where we could be seated, but we walked right by a table on the main dining level that would have accommodated our party. I don’t think that the people who decide the table assignments fully considered their disabled guests. Hopefully, store training in the future will improve this type of oversight.

    It’s become a tradition to have lunch at Bravo on Thanksgiving Day (since my family has our Thanksgiving the Saturday before). The atmosphere is always festive and lively. The food is delicious!

    The service was horrendous. Knew bar seating meant bartender had tables too so prepared with full order when finally approached, took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged. My order was a child’s size which was incorrect and not what I ordered. Second guest in party, chicken parm, zero sauce. Mostly done with meal server asked if anything was needed. Asked for more sauce. Entire experience awful. Sadly $120 dinner awful
