    The food was good, as it usually is at Bravo! We normally don’t go out on Thanksgiving, so we were pleasantly surprised by the food and more importantly, the service. Our server was awesome and the timing of the courses was perfect! What hadn’t really occurred to us, was the number of larger parties that come out on this particular day. They handled that much better than I ever would have expected.. I deducted a couple stars because they seated us in the farthest table possible from the front door and we had to navigate 2 steps to our dining room, maybe the only area where you would have to use steps. This happened even though I told them that I was disabled and used a cane to walk. I understand that the size of our party limited where we could be seated, but we walked right by a table on the main dining level that would have accommodated our party. I don’t think that the people who decide the table assignments fully considered their disabled guests. Hopefully, store training in the future will improve this type of oversight.

    The service was horrendous. Knew bar seating meant bartender had tables too so prepared with full order when finally approached, took about 15 minutes to be acknowledged. My order was a child’s size which was incorrect and not what I ordered. Second guest in party, chicken parm, zero sauce. Mostly done with meal server asked if anything was needed. Asked for more sauce. Entire experience awful. Sadly $120 dinner awful

    We have been to this location several times in previous years-it has always been fantastic! Service was terrible-we didn’t even get a chance to enjoy our soup and salads before the food was out. My food had clearly been under the warmer for a while -Alfredo sauce was like water down milk -very disappointing

    Our group of 5 retirees from the same practice meet every month or 2 at Bravo on Bethel Rd. It’s always a pleasure. We always have excellent service and it really is our go to place. Good food. Good service. No complaints.

    We brought our 80 year old aunt visiting from Florida to her favorite Ohio restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience was not a good one. We’d requested seating in the quietest area possible, but were seated just behind the hostess station. Our server did not ask if we wanted cocktails or appetizers, nor were we recommended anything. Two of us ordered filets, which were both over-done, lukewarm and almost too stringy to cut. We had to ask for the wine we’d ordered with our meal, as it had been forgotten at the bar. The asparagus on one plate was too woody to eat. This was absolutely the worst meal we’ve ever had at this restaurant. Because we have previously had both good food and service, I will visit one more time; however, if this had been an initial visit, I would never come back.
