Breva is a neighborhood brasserie on the Brighton Beach boardwalk serving New American cuisine and craft cocktails with panoramic ocean views. Open for lunch, dinner, brunch, and drinks at the bar throughout the year, Breva brasserie and cocktail bar is a lively gathering spot for locals and visitors, alike. Located in a century-old building, guests may enjoy views of the historic boardwalk and beach from our outdoor cafe, as well as from our lovingly renovated dining room. Our exclusive "wine cave" is the perfect for intimate private events, and we welcome semi-private gatherings in our dining room. Breva is within short walking distance from Coney Island. The restaurant is accessible via the subway, and there is ample parking next door.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday with a small group, and everything exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, the food was exceptional, and the drink menu was both creative and delicious. Since we don’t drink alcohol, the manager kindly crafted custom mocktails just for us—a thoughtful and unexpected touch. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary pizzas for the table, which we truly appreciated. We’ll definitely be returning and can’t wait to recommend this fantastic new spot to all our friends!

I had dinner here last week, and it completely exceeded my expectations. It’s a rare find—sophisticated yet focused on the little details that make a big difference. The menu has a great mix of lighter and heartier options, and everything I tried was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The cocktails were another highlight—creative, fun, and perfectly balanced without ever feeling gimmicky. The staff were super friendly and attentive without hovering, always appearing just when we needed them. And that ocean view? Stunning. It made the whole experience feel extra special. This is definitely a spot I’ll be recommending—and coming back to!

This is true a high-end restaurant with top service and great food. The cocktails are out of this world. The dining area is high quality and the setting and atmosphere are extremely romantic.

The ambience was lovely. The food was fresh and amazing. The drinks were tasty. The servers and hosts were great and servers always inquired if everything was good and if there was anything else I needed. Definitely a great spot to go to on a date or with friends or even by yourself. I highly recommend Breva, and I will be making Breva my go to spot when I’m in the area. 5/5
