We had a reservation but when we walked in there was no host, walked up to the bar and they said sit anywhere. We didn’t have a server and had to order everything at the bar, not ideal for a birthday celebration.

Expensive for the quality of food you get. Had to repeatedly remind the waitress we needed a plate, she didn’t bring us part of what we ordered (was taken off the bill which I guess makes up for it) drinks took 15 mins to come out each time we order them. They were just beers and they weren’t busy. Overall…. Disappointed. My group will probably find another bar next time we are in the area. One good thing they have going for them is it’s such a cool looking bar on the inside. This could be a great place just off the vibe of the place.

Not a great experience. When we first got there, we waited at the hostess stand for 5-8 minutes before being attended to. Then we were told she was unable to seat us because she was on break, stating “don’t be mad at me but I’m on break”. We had a reservation for 4:30, so I’m not sure why accept reservations if you’re able until accommodate. The best part was the food, pretzel and taco were delicious. Service remained very slow, especially since it wasn’t busy. That initial first impression tainted the experience.

The food was good but they were short staffed so it took forever to place a food order at the bar and then a very long time to get our food. We enjoyed the beer.

Unfortunately, we did not get to dine there on 3/15; when we got to Brew Dog, they said they were only serving a limited menu of apps that evening. We did not receive a call in advance to advise of the situation, so we had to pivot and find another place to eat. The experience at Brew Dog is typically very good, but an advance heads up about the food situation that evening would have been nice. I had to provide neutral ratings on this survey, as there is no way to get to comments without providing a star rating to the initial questions. Thanks.

Came here as a fun brunch for the kids. We put in the reservation we wanted to be sat upstairs we have 3 kids with us. When we arrived we were told the entire upstairs with games was reserved for a party the entire morning. VERY FRUSTRATING. The breakfast tacos are sold separately no side. I ordered the eggs potatoes bacon and toast. The eggs made the paper on the tray soggie and it was mixed in my food. The bacon wasn’t cooked all the way. The toast was flimsy and not toasted. The potatoes are the triangular shaped potatoes. It looks cool inside but thats it.

I would definitely recommend. Beer selection was very good and the dining area was set up well.

We went for my boyfriend, he loves craft beer. He really enjoyed his food, the food for me wasn’t the best, the options are definitely more bar food, but I couldn’t seem to find something I liked. The overall experience was good, the ambiance is really nice!

The main entrée was very good. Crab cakes were very good but the so called salad tasted like cardboard and would not substitute since my wife hates salad so I tried it but unable to eat it. The brisket Mac and cheese was good but bread that came with it wasn't good which dipping it didn't save flavor of bread. The beer wasn't for me since they only had one lager and a pilsner. Most of them are IPA which had strange flavors.
