Our first time at this establishment and will definitely not be out last. From the service to the food, I give it 10 out of 10.

We booked a table for 2 on New Years Eve and arrived to the staff placing us on the ground level which was not what we chose it for. I asked specifically to sit at the bar near the fireplace. The staff at the lower level bar were not accommodating and tried to say that Open Table booking was for this lower area. As a retail consultant, I kindly asked that we sit upstairs and was met with a lot of excuses and it was clear the young staff were not well trained in service. They finally asked another staff member to go upstairs and check if there was space for us. The guy went up and came back and said there was room. We want upstairs and there was tons of room! There were tables in the restaurant and the seating by the fire was fully open! plus the bar by the fire had 8 open seats! We sat by the fire and enjoyed good service by the staff upstairs, cocktails, wine, and pizza. Once we got past the lower floor - it was quite Scandi-cozy and they played a great soundtrack of mixed songs from the 70s and 80s even.

We had the lamb sausages, pizza and steak! Fantastic all around and service was great. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Bridgette Bar for a little midday date! We ordered the garlic bread, two drinks, and a pizza. Would definitely recommend and will come back

I’ve dined here twice before, and had great experiences. This time, not so much. I had a reservation, and was brought to my table right away, unfortunately we weren’t tended to until half an hour later. The appetizers came quickly, but our drinks took another 20 minutes, and I received the wrong drink at first. It took another 35 minutes for our main to arrive, and we weren’t checked on until after our main was finished, and we told someone else (not our server, he was dressed in black) that our main tasted great, but it arrived cold. He was very apologetic and discounted the plate, which was very nice. We had a nice time, but wish we received more customer service, as it wasn’t a busy night. We saw the servers gather together a few times chatting, and yet our table wasn’t being looked after.

The food was excellent, especially the steak and the fish. The space is well designed, smaller dining areas throughout the restaurant. Our server was great

Very vibey, delicious cocktails and yummy pizza. I loved the white chicken sausage pizza and the eggplant fries. The hummus & chips were hearty. The only downside was the oiliness of the fennel salami pizza but the flavour was on point. I will definitely come back for the lounge happy hour.
