Briny Swine Chicago is a seaside-inspired smokehouse and oyster bar in the heart of Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood featuring Carolina-style barbeque, seafood and Lowcountry classics, served with a side of sass. It’s a local joint where friends and family gather to laugh and forget about life in the big city while they get in on some Southern hospitality and good eatin'. Rosé, bourbon, cocktails and beer are aplenty...and on a steady flow.

Whether you’re on vacation, passing by after a long day of work or catchin’ the big game, Briny is that place where all are welcome, from all parts, and no one cares about the rest.

Y’all, leave your worries at the door, take a seat, enjoy fine swine, wine and oysters while listening to the sweet sounds of rock, blues, jazz, bluegrass and honkey tonk.

First time to this place. Service was great, our waitress Jane was super nice and we enjoyed the oysters, brisket and lobster roll. Will be back again.

The service team was nice and very helpful. I was there for restaurant week and it was my first time there. I had the app crab chowder, entrée ribs with corn puddin' and collard greens with dessert pecan pie. The chowder was good... ribs were a little tough and the greens were a little spicy but tasty. The corn puddin', in my option, should be either more creamy or name changed to cornbread in a cup. What I had dry as if over baked or reheated to long. IF I return it would be for the service and/or to try the burgers or wings.

Food was amazing! Best Brussels sprouts I’ve ever had! Cool spot with great entertainment and games. Will definitely be back often.

Briny Swine was wonderful! We decided to stop by after seeing a post shared to Facebook by the owners. One of the owners was kind enough to deliver our appetizer, introduced herself to us, and we got to have a good chat for a few minutes. The specials are great and the food was incredible. We got the half slab of ribs, hush puppies, a lobster roll, and would absolutely order them again! and not to mention the Coca Cola cake!! 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for some comfort food. We will be back for sure :)

The food was delicious and the cocktails were excellent. My friend was really pleased that the Bloody Mary mix was made in house and not from a bottle. My Old Fashioned was well crafted. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

ugh this place is so delicious. Any variation of their fried oysters are so delicious! And they have Cheer Wine!! can't wait to come back !

Everything you order is delicious! We went for the New Year’s Eve shrimp boil, and it was fantastic! The live music was great; and it was nice and busy but not overcrowded. Our server Lena was awesome, and our entire party had a great time!

Our first visit to Briny Swine, the food was very tasty & authentic Carolina BBQ. We had the brisket, pulled pork & pork belly along with various sides. Everything was prepared well & our server was very attentive. Because it was New Year's Eve, there was a blues band that was very good. Would recommend & since it is within walking distance, we will go back.
