   Entree was listed as a Brio favorite looked like it was made hours before, was barely warm and had little taste.

   While the room is nicely designed, the noise level is so loud - - including constant clanging of dishes from the kitchen. Do not go if you expect to talk with the people at your table.

   Food had no taste I ordered the lasagna it did come out hot but no flavor. Wife meal only had 3 pieces of shrimp rest was rice. Won’t go back again. Bottle of wine was $41 and can buy it at a store for $15.99. Horrible

   Overall good value. We went for Valentine’s Day. Restaurant had a special that included a salad, entrees and dessert for $70

    Our waiter was very pleasant and professional. He served very. The restaurant dropped the ball with the young lady they had as a greeter/ushering guests to their tables. Her customer service was poor. We walked in with a smile and greeted her. She did not smile back, did not greet us back, but just coldly asked what she could do for us and told us to follow her. My husband was so turned off and wanted to leave, but I wanted to try Brio for the first time, so we stayed. He did not like her attitude at all.
