Brio (palabra italiana que significa "animado" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante informal elegante especializado en gastronomía típica del norte de Italia. Su subtítulo, "Tuscan Grille", describe un menú con filetes, chuletas y marisco asados al horno, similar al que ofrecen los restaurantes tradicionales de la Toscana.     Brio relentlessly promoted reservations for New Year’s Eve but were unfortunately ill prepared for the volume they achieved. Our reservation was at 6:30’pm, but we were not seated until 7:10 pm. The reception stand was pretty much a disorganized embarrassment. We wanted to order champagne by the glass, but they were already out at 7:15 pm, so it was a $125 bottle of more expensive wine or none. They were also out of salmon, the only choice of one of our party. She settled for a chicken dish which she rated mediocre. The filet ordered by two of us was just okay and mostly dry and we asked for medium so it was not due to being requested as well done. The evening was…….okay, but overall we will not do a holiday there again. We’ll come back to eat but not for something special.

    We were so pleased they were able to take our group of 13 (we made a reservation). Our server was great and there wasn’t a spec of food left uneaten! They also took care for a gluten allergy in our group. We would definitely go back!

    I eat here often but noticed that things are not up to usual expectation. The hostess station was unattended when we arrived with a swiffer wand leaning against the podium and a handwritten sloppy sign announcing a lemonade drink. Our waiter was rude when he approached our table, and we knew what we wanted immediately and didn't want cocktails first. The food was delicious as usual,but the other negatives were hard to ignore. Hopefully, it was just an off evening.

    Service was outstanding, unfortunately the server had to begin with a long list of things they had run out of. All vegetables being the main one that put a damper on the dinner. No ice tea, no ice cream, lie list went on.

    Overall great experience. The dining room lights could be dimmed a bit more for dinner. Service was great and the lasagna, best we’ve had in a restaurant.

    Food average, service by Val was great. Our issue was making a 7pm reservation 2 weeks ago, being seated at 7:45, served at 8:30pm. The waiting area cleared 2x before we were seated. I wondered if my race was not light enough. Still wondering.

    This location has the slowest service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there at different times of the year and it’s always the same. I was reluctant to go back, but we needed to go out for Christmas and it was one of the only places open. I also had a coupon that came in the mail, but I knew it would be slow. We had a 630 reservation didn’t get our food till 8 PM. We saw our waiter twice. We had to hunt someone down to get a check and then to get our card back. The waiter never came back. There was no manager evident in the restaurant at all. They were allowing people to stay at tables way too long even though there was a huge back up in the waiting area. You could see the kitchen was putting out food and a dozen plates were up there waiting to be picked up and kept sitting there. Our food was barely warm when we got it because it sits out so long before anyone brings it to you. Picking up hot food is not seem to be a priority at this place. Poor training program , bad time management and lack of management supervision is to blame. We will never be back… We learned our lesson at this place!

    Made a reservation and wait was too long. Took15 minutes to be acknowledged once seated. Took another 10 minutes for water. Wine ordered was out. Ice tea out. Food took an hour because kitchen was backed up and then they lost our food order paper ticket. Service was horrible. Seemed like a major lack of leadership here. First and last time visiting.

    Our Christmas dinner, was great. It was extremely busy so service was slow. Not our server she was great but all the food came out cold. We did not complain but it was wasn’t as good as Brio normally is.
