BRIO (palabra italiana que significa "animado" o "lleno de vida") es un restaurante informal elegante especializado en gastronomía típica del norte de Italia.     Such a great restaurant! You'll find excellent menu choices and a consistently wonderful dining experience thanks to Brio's innovative and delicious food, superb service and lovely upscale ambiance - and it's all at very reasonable prices. We especially enjoy the gorgonzola encrusted beef medallions and the grilled steak salad - absolutely delicious!

    Our waitress last night was the best we have ever had at Brio. She was happy, efficient, talkative, and fast.

    We arrived at 7:30 PM to eat before a movie at 9:00 PM and were seated right away. After 10 minutes of no service, we asked another server if she could find someone to serve us. When no one came to our table, we asked the host to find someone. After waiting 30 minutes with no service, we left. Other tables were being served and the restaurant had enough servers. I spoke with the manager while we were leaving who said he could serve us but by that time, we would be late for the movie. I'm not sure why we were overlooked while other tables were being served. But we weren't happy when we left.

    Food was great….service not so much. Waitress was late getting to our table…then she appeared maybe twice after that. We asked for bread and she said I’ll just bring it when I bring your salad. Salads took a long time to get out to our table and finally we got bread. We sat for a good while without anything to snack on. Then right after our salads finally came we got our entrees not even 5 min later. The food was great….steak was cooked great and chicken was well seasoned. The waitress never came back to the table to see if our food came out right. Twenty minutes into our dinner we finally get her at our table and she asks do you need anything….after 10 minutes of my glass empty, my wife says yeah he’s been needing another pop. She brings the pop back a few minutes later and then we finish our dinner. Fast forward 15 more minutes, she’s nowhere to be found. We have to ask the hostess if we can get our bill. I leave good tips normally but this time I tipped what I thought she deserved and my wife even thought I was still being too generous. There were bigger groups and we were too people for that look a lot younger than we are. This was our date night away from our four kids and outside of the great food, the service left a lot to be desired. I’m just glad we went to the movie before or else we would have been late to the movie due to poor service.

    Our salads were delicious. Brio’s still serves the chopped salad, but it isn’t on the menu. The entrees we had were okay.

    The house wine is delicious. The salmon Fresca is my favorite for a gluten free option. The spaghetti bolognese was so good there was nothing but an empty plate. The server brewed some coffee for my daughter. The entire experience was pleasant.

    They told us they were out of the free bread. When your kids really look forward to that kinda stuff, the whole meal started off bad. Make a substitute people.

    Everything was very good. Service from our server was perfect! Music would have been really nice since it was Christmas. Very happy.

    The food and service were excellent. We got the Tuscan grilled pork chops, chicken limone and salmon. Everything was perfectly seasoned and we all had very generous portions. For a very busy Christmas evening, we were pleasantly surprise that the service was also excellent. We will definitely be back!

    The food was very good. I especially enjoyed the wedge salad! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Great dining experience to celebrate Christmas with family!
