Los propietarios tuvieron la oportunidad de hacerse cargo del Brookmans en 2011 y están orgullosos de haberlo convertido en un lugar de reunión en la zona en que la actividad se centra alrededor de la barra, donde se sirven fabulosas tazas de café, pintas de cerveza generosas y copas de champaña helada. Los comensales podrán tomar asiento en el bar frente a la puerta o acurrucarse en cómodos sillones en un rincón acogedor. El restaurante, cálido y hospitalario, presenta tapicería de cuero de color verde British racing green y pantallas de lámpara de seda hechas a mano. De las paredes cuelgan carteles históricos de la época de Metroland, cuando se construyó Brookmans Park, parte del movimiento extremadamente optimista de zonas residenciales con jardín.

Excellent Sunday lunch our waitress (Darcy) was wonderful couldn’t do enough for us made us feel so welcome already looking forward to going back there and will definitely ask for Darcy to serve us again

Great Sunday roast at the Brookmans. The veggie option was incredibly tasty and service was fantastic.

Good service, but we all felt that the food was overpriced, and did not represent good value for money.

Hi Michael. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a high rating; we appreciate it. Here at Peach, we love what we do. We are sorry if you found our menu to be on the pricey side. We are proud of our food; we do take extra care to ensure we are sourcing top-quality ingredients, which can come at a slightly higher price point. We use artisan producers, ethically sourced, free-range, and sustainable produce where possible. Unfortunately, many of our suppliers have had to put their prices up, and as a result, so have we. We regularly check our competitors and believe we are in line with them.

Although there were lots of empty tables service was slow. Main course on the “specials” board and coffee machine broken so only Americano available. Food we ate was very nice

A menu to suit all tastes - food was good, disappointing that 2 of the 3 real ales were not available. We had a late Tuesday lunch, the restaurant was very quiet.

As a local, I felt compelled to write a review. Quite possibly the best afternoon I have had in the pub. I normally visit once or twice a week. The new Manager is absolutely superb, service was excellent and the food was great. Happy party of 6 and as I live in the village, I was very pleased with the service and quality!!
