The hamburger is a quintessential American icon, the people's sandwich, and a favorite for everyone. Paired with a beer, there's nothing better. BRU is our homage to the beloved burger. Our mission is to serve exceptional burgers made from the finest local meats, adorned with the freshest ingredients, and nestled in our freshly baked buns. Cunningham Restaurant Group launched the first BRU Burger Bar in December 2011, and today we proudly operate 14 locations across three states.

Food was good, but I’m not a fan of hand cut French fries. Just a personal preference, of course. Kevin, our waiter, was great! Ambiance was nice and modern, but it was uncomfortably chilly while eating. Restaurant and restroom was very clean.

Great place for our Valentines date. Our service was amazing. The salad I received was amazing. The burger was pretty good, my wife said it was a little dry.

The food was delicious. The Bru Burger and Salmon Sandwich were very tasty. They were of a generous portion and messy to eat but delicious. We also had fries and the Valencia salad. There was a generous helping of fries and a nice sized salad. Both tasted wonderful. Service was great.

I was pleasantly surprised with my BruBurger experience. Being someone who is Gluten Free it can be challenging to find a solid burger joint. They offered my a gluten free menu to look over during my brief wait for my table. To my delight, there was not an upcharge for gluten free options. The entire staff (from server to kitchen crew) took my dietary needs into sensitive consideration including using a separate fryer for my fries. I loved being able to choose from a versatile menu with ranges in flavor profiles. The Provencal burger was cooked medium-rare upon request. The basil aioli up-leveled the taste even more. The fries had the perfect crisp to fresh ratio. Additionally, the seasoning was salty with what seemed like a hint of sweet. I requested a side of truffle mayo to dip them and that was absolutely the move. I will definitely be back to continue working my way through the menu. Their General Manager, Logan, is incredibly kind, personable, and has customer needs at the forefront of all he's doing. He checked in on our table and made sure everyone's experience was up to standard. Future Tip: Booking a reservation in advance is always helpful.

Food was great. We ordered from the Savor FW menu. Would’ve been better if the salad came out before the burger & fries. It was a lot of food all at once.

We had a fantastic experience with every staff member we had contact with during our visit. The food was great both times we’ve visited, but the service made it a 5 star experience.

We had a great time at Bru Burger. It’s such a cool place & our server was great. We tried Savor Fort Wayne: what a deal. The salads were unbelievable-such a nice big serving & so good. We all loved our burgers! We’ll be back! Thank you!!!

BRU Burger Bar has the best tasting burgers, fries and onion rings. Logan the GM is on top of everything, from greeting you to running food and making sure you are enjoying yourselves. The wait staff is top notch as well.
